when they make it so you can't add a micro sd... I'm out. way too expensive to justify. Don't know why Google is on a money grab? just not worth it... and by the way the font/menu size is not adjustable.

My wife needed a new laptop. This has worked out perfectly for her as a simply daily computer. If everything you need is either through a Google Docs format or some other service this is a great choice. Not a lot of bloat of software that can bog-down some alternatives. Not a great pick for someone who needs dedicated programs for work or play (ie: Video Editing, Streaming, ACAD, etc.)

If you love Chromebook, this is the one to try. I think it would be perfect for my old eyes if it is a 14" screen. But if you need a travel companion, you can't find a better machine!

This is a beautiful product! Not only does it look beautiful, it operates flawlessly. Smooth, snappy, and fast. If you are a Chrome Browser user, this is for you! And, without the interruptions you might otherwise experience using Chrome on another product. Convenient, easy on the hands, comfortable, lightweight, so portable. The features can be set the way you want. And, you can connect your Android phone to it. Brilliant Google!

BEST Chromebook I've ever had. This is my third Chromebook -- one was passed on to a family member and two that I have now used. I very much like the Chromebook features. This particular model - a Pixelbook Go by Google -- is a wonderful machine. The keyboard has a great feel, the sound quality is the best I've heard from a laptop and the form and function is superb. This is my new go-to device for everyday use. Simplicity and speed. You can get cheaper Chromebooks, but you can't find a better one.

Very slim laptop with everything I expect from a chromebook. Really like the design and exceptional battery life.

Excellent laptop. High quality and very durable with great a build. Wifey uses it for daily use and battery is as advertised. Very sleek and keyboard is well designed and has backlighting

This Chromebook is compact, easy to use, with lots of storage.

Nice laptop. Got it for my 10yo son as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, he said it doesn't support Windows 10 which is something he needs. Will be returning.

I used a Mac before but switched to this to secure my data and have been so happy with it!

1. Good listeners! They paraphrased what they thought I was saying. 2. They introduced me to their service program. 3. They assisted me with connecting my WiFi with one of their products.

Solid Computer...I bought my wife one for a gift one year and I liked it so much I bought myself one a year later. I will never go back to a PC.

Chrome OS is a pretty good operating system. Although, I only bought it for one use, I plan to keep it as it’s a decent computer

I was very happy with this product until the hinge broke when I opened the screen. I had owned it less than 3 months at that point; I had not dropped it or misused it, and it had barely left my desk, thanks to the pandemic. I didn't do anything other than open the screen. Google's position is that the 1 year warranty does not cover this, because it is consider "normal wear and tear" and this damage voids the warranty (?!?). That position is infuriating, and at odds with common sense; how can a defect which prevents the device from being used be considered "normal wear and tear"?

Book is slow at times accessing images on eBay, many times will not execute a search, very frustrating, I have to then use my Samsung tablet. Very slow quite often. Poor example in this day and age. At times as slow as my old Gateway puter.
