Some reason an iPhone USB cable was in place of the USB C cable. Contact Best Buy chat, they said to go to the store. The store said to go online. Online again said to go to the store. There's nothing they can do. Open-box is a hit or miss, good luck and be prepared to have missing parts for your item.

The touchscreen feature is awesome, I have to remember when I'm not using my personal computer, that the touchscreen feature is not on all of my devices. The only gripe was when I had an issue of water getting onto the device and bringing it to bestbuy, I was not able to get it fixed and their policy changed at the time in terms of tech support, also learning that they could just fix it, i had to replace the entire device (there are not replacement parts) with an outside service.

The trouble shooting online support chats are useless and no one can repair it because google doesn't send out parts for this computer. To get a replacement at I-fix(their supposed partner) , the cost is 700 ( the purchase price)! Google should be sued for the handling of this device. If you don't believe me, look on YouTube or Google the issues of the pixelbook not cutting on.
