Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the Pixelbook Go's excellent keyboard, long battery life, and light weight as significant advantages. Its ease of use and surprisingly good speakers also receive praise. However, some customers find the price to be high and express concerns about the hinge's durability. Limited storage is another recurring point of feedback.

Be sure you find out if you can print from this unit, without having a PC or Mac to set it up. As far as I can find out, You will have to have the same pc used for set up, running and not in sleep mode EACH and EVERY time you print with the Pixel Go (or any chromebook) I do not understand how a student can use one unless he never has to print. Of course he could also by a pc to carry along with the chromebook. I was also disappointed in the lack of any biometric support, even from third parties. The EASE OF USE BARS BELOW OMIT PRINTING CAPABILITIES OR THE EASE OF USE WOULD BE POOR.

      Hi Bridge,

Thanks for sharing your feedback on your Pixelbook Go. We're sorry to hear of the difficulty you had with setting up your printer.

Most printers that connect to Wi-Fi or a wired network work with Pixelbook Go. You may just need to manually set up the printer to your Pixelbook Go either wirelessly or by using a USB cable. Should you still have some difficulties, we recommend reaching out to the printer manufacturer to check if their printer supports Chrome OS. You can learn more about manually setting up your Pixelbook Go with your printer here: https://support.google.com/pixelbook/answer/9147058?hl=en

I do transcription work from home. I use a foot pedal, earphones and a mouse. Before purchasing this laptop, I asked the chat at Best Buy if the Pixelbook could handle these items. I was told it would. I also asked about streaming videos and audios. I was told it had a lot of power for this. I received this laptop and couldn't really look at until until a few days later. It does NOT have the ability to plug my foot pedal and earphones in. Really disappointed. But I have now taken my husband's hp laptop and given him the Pixelbook. We'll see how he likes it.

I love this Chromebook, it's so smooth and sleek. The picture is amazing. I unfortunately had to return it because you can't get full access to Microsoft office which I needed for school and is the whole reason I bought the pixel book. But if you're looking for a great Chromebook this is it!

While I do like most of the size and screen of the Pixelbook Go , to be perfectly honest its a Chromebook with a Google branding . So that overprice it about 100 % . There is really no difference in the Pixelbook and a cheap 200 dollar Acer or HP model. It's a letdown as I seem to find with a few products I've bought with the Google branding. After Purchasing this , I went and bought a better laptop to replace it . So now it's for my little ones to use.

I bought this when my Windows computer crashed. I am a teacher and bought this because of all the Google programs I use daily. This computer has exceeded my expectations. Yes, not all the features of Windows, however, not disappointed. Well worth the money to buy this upgraded Chromebook.

    Get A Cheaper Chromebook!!!

I returned this Chromebook because I wasn't impressed in the slightest. Sure, it looks and feels like a quality product, but in reality, all Chromebooks are basically the same, and this thing cannot justify its higher price tag. Chromebooks are for students and people who want to stream shady websites without damaging their good laptop. If Google added a better display like Samsung (without the reliability issues), I could see this thing being worth the 600 bucks. Do yourself a favor and get a cheaper Chromebook.

one of the best experiences you can get for a chromebook. I wish it was a 3:2 ratio screen though just for a little more productivity space. But minor nitpick. Great Chromebook.

Awesome computer with a great OS. I tried a windows based computer to have more versatility. But I use slides/PowerPoint, docs, zoom, and the internet for almost everything I do. This is a great work computer. I would not recommend it if your wanting to do any gaming.

I bought this laptop on line refurbished. When I picked it up I couldn't believe how it could be refurbished because it seemed brand new! A new pixel book go is well over $1,000 and I got mine refurbished for a little over $500! I felt like I made out like a bandit.
