The first thing I noticed was how well put together it is. You can tell it's a high end notebook just holding it in your hands. It's nice and light weight, and it's really fast. The build quality is top notch. It boots up quickly, and it has a nice walk through that helps to learn how to use it and where the different features are located. I synced it with my other laptop, my work PC and my phone, and all of my favorites, bookmarks, log ins, and passwords automatically appeared when I open Chrome. The battery life is crazy good as well, I charged it up to full the first day I got it, then I've used it a couple days last week at work, I let it sit and play music for a full 8 hour shift, and I've used it a couple of days this week and still have about 1/4 charge on the battery. It's amazing how thin and light this is to have such a powerful battery. The Chrome operating system is sleek and easy to use, it's very user friendly, and intuitive as far as being able to find what I'm looking for quickly. They even included a Linux virtual machine built in for running non native programs like Steam games and such. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a small form factor laptop/tablet that is still powerful enough to use as your daily PC.

My daughter wanted this for home use, instead of always using the school assigned chromebook and she LOVES IT. Enjoys everything about it!

It's fast, but overall a big waste of money in my opinion.

Really enjoy this computer and so thankful I didn't spend the money on a apple when this is cheaper and better .

Fast and reliable chromebook. Needed for work and it's perfect. Light and thin so it's easy to carry around. Battery life is a plus.

This is an awesome Chromebook. Very sleek, well put and powerful. The SSD makes a huge difference (always does over HDD).

More expensive than some other Chromebooks but for Google by Google will never steer you wrong.

Only one complaint I loose my internet connection more often. I really do not know if it anything to with the google pixel.

First off, this isn’t a campaign of hate. PLEASE READ (DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT RIGHT NOW) PIXELBOOK GO IS SUFFERING FROM THREE MAIN ISSUES THAT CANT BE PINNED TO A SPECIFIC FAILURE POINT [OVERHEATING, FREEZING, REBOOTING] I did not buy my Pixelbook Go from Amazon but Google will not respond to current outstanding software issues that have crippled many, if not all Pixelbook Go’s. I own the M3 variant so I cant say that this problem exists for sure in the i5 or other models but from what I have read in different community help boards, its not just an M3 variant issue. In fact, It seems like Stable 85 has caused problems for other OEM manufacturers Chrome books, its just that the problem is manifesting itself in different ways.. ALMOST LIKE “STABLE 85” ISNT VERY STABLE There is a lot to love about this device, which is why I purchased it. I want it to work again but it has been over a Month and no fix exists, with little to no support from Google. I’m hoping this gets someone’s attention and will be posting it everywhere I can. This needs to be known because a lot of us Pixelbook Go owners have been effected by this and it isn’t being addressed by Google. Since the Chrome OS 85 update, this device has been absolutely unusable. It overheats after about 5 minutes, freezes and sometimes reboots. This happens every 5 minutes or so. I cant get any work done at all. I only purchased this back in June and I use it for work so this is completely unacceptable. I take VERY good care of my devices, primarily because I like to upgrade regularly and care a great deal about the resale value. Ive tried everything I can think of to fix this. At this point I’ve disabled every service that made this device worth while and still the problems persist. Currently I am back on stable 85 after using beta 86 in hopes of a fix. I have no extensions, no play store, no linux apps, no sync features, no non google apps installed, have reset hardware, reset the browser and any flags I may have turned on or off, ran memory and hardware tests in crosh but cant make it through them because of crashes. Ive sent off crash logs to google and Ive ran the logs in googles log analyzer but they come back with no problems. Ive looked over the logs myself and see one Kernel Panic event after another so clearly there is a problem. Ive power washed multiple times and have done fresh installs multiple times. Ive ran completely in guest mode but that doesn’t work either. The only thing that did work for a while was reverting to Chrome OS 84 Stable, but Chrome forces you to update so I couldn’t stay on 84. But that definitively proves that the issue exists in software and not hardware because the Pixelbook Go works fine in 84 still, but in 85 stable it is unusable. Ive reached out to google for help with no response. This device is not cheap and these issues have existed for over a month now with no fix. As of right now I dont see this getting fixed in OS 86 Stable when it gets released because these problems are still in 86 Beta and Google as a whole has not addressed this problem. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT RIGHT NOW.

Great chromebook. I just wish the screen was wider and taller.

My hinge failed in mid 2020 rendering my device unusable. Google is unwilling to do anything about it and furthermore does not make parts available to its partners to facilitate repairs. Don't purchase this without supplemental accident insurance. Even then who knows if it will pay out on a design flaw. This is the stuff of class action lawsuits and terrible customer relations on the part of google.

From finding the laptop, ordering and tracking the delivery was a very easy process. I highly recommend it for others to use.

Pricey, but worth it. Quality construction, design, and components. Should be very good for travel and portability.

Google - Pixelbook Go 13.3" Touch-Screen Chromebook is a nice computer (and cheaper than Apple products).
