I have purchased this product for my wife, and two granddaughters for gifts. I will get phone calls from my granddaughters and ask me if I can get them another one, because they have no more left on the card. One is my granddaughters lives in Clovis California and after I purchased the card, I just call her and she inputs the numbers with no problems. Best Buy employees are very helpful informativ and always answer all my questions.
