Here is a draft complaint review for Best Buy on Google: Fearless-You-3240 1 star Worst experience with Best Buy, will never shop there again. I purchased a refurbished MacBook on July 11th, and by the end of October the motherboard had failed and the laptop would not turn on. I'm on a fixed income and this was a significant loss for me. When I contacted Best Buy about the issue, they basically told me "too bad" and refused to provide any assistance or remedy the situation. There's no way the motherboard could have failed that quickly with light usage, this was clearly a defective product that they sold me. Best Buy's customer service is non-existent. They took my money, gave me a faulty laptop, and left me high and dry. I see many other reviews just like mine - it's clear they don't stand behind their products or care about their customers. I'm extremely disappointed and will make sure to warn everyone I know about the deceptive and unethical business practices at Best Buy. Do not shop there, they will gladly take your money and leave you with a broken product with no recourse. Absolute worst retail experience I've ever had.

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever been to. I purchased a used phone online. The next day I get an email saying that it is delayed for 2 weeks. I need a phone now, so I’m forced to buy another used phone from them. This time I purchased expedited two day shipping. I got the phone and it is broken. Returned it for a third phone and they said they won’t refund for the shipping fee and they said I’ll have to pay restocking on the first phone even though all of this is there fault. If they had given me a phone that works or delivered it when they said it would be delivered this wouldn’t be an issue. On top of that I had to go to several locations and working with nice employees but who all seemed to tell me different contradictive policies from each other. The company is a nightmare. No wonder they are going out of business. They sell crap products, make you return them without complete refunds or with fees all so you can do it over again, all so they can profits off of it.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy along with 3 years of squad protection. I became frustrated with both Best Buy and Samsung after encountering issues with the product. Therefore, I am writing this review to warn others about my experience. Initially, I contacted Best Buy to report that my refrigerator was not working properly. They scheduled a repair service for my home but failed to show up to assess the refrigerator. When I reached out to them, they redirected me to Samsung for assistance. However, after rescheduling the repair for another day, they still did not provide any helpful assistance, showing a lack of concern for my situation. My refrigerator remains non-functional, and they have not provided any resolution. Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing from Samsung or Best Buy.

Lies. Its all lies and rude call center employees. Bend over and get ready, heck, they don't even kiss you first. I will NEVER shop at any Best Buy again. I understand why they are in a decline. I'll be happy to see the stores close. Better prices and service at Lowes. Faster delivery too AND their customer service team does not lie!

After 2 months still no stove. 2 separate times took time off from work to be available for delivery to be cancelled day of. Now need to purchase stove elsewhere at higher costs as originally purchased during Memorial Day sales. Only option from Best Buy is credit for original costs. Not even willing to do gift card. Never again will buy anything that needs delivery from Best Buy

I wouldn't recommend best buy to anyone not even my worst enemy, I waited over 12 hours for a delivery which never came then when i wanted to cancel the order I don't even have that option, If you valve your time and money don't buy anything from this terrible company. They don't care about their customers only getting your money and making it difficult to return their merchandise.

I did not get my delivery yesterday waited all day took the day off! BEST BUY DID NOT AND WOULD NOT HELP ME! CANCELED MY ORDER!
