    I had a little trouble connecting my home network. Called costumer service for help. It took us almost an hour trying to find the problem. I almost gave up and was ready to return this item. Now that it is ip and running, i am happy with this purchase.

    Couldn’t get a good WiFi signal. The Google WiFi System fixed that totally. I can sit outside and get a great signal.

    We had connection problems through the house and this solved it...mostly. The only issue is that our printer, for instance, is connected to the the main internet ip but won’t recognize the google extender. Otherwise, really like this system.

    This is a great product for full home coverage. I have a 2400 sq ft home and have no more problems with WiFi. This does not replace a full-blown router for multiple LAN connections directly to the router. There is only one available.
