Mighty took the time to explain what was needed...

Bought this product at the suggestion of the salesperson. (Was looking at the Eero system originally). Got it set up and found it did not work with all of my 2.4 mghz devices. Tried to contact Google and wound up in the Phillipines with an agent who didn’t or couldn’t help without a very convoluted solution. In the store, I was assured that this system automatically changed band width to connect to each device. Not so much! (There is no ability to manually change the bandwidth.) Had to replace all of my smart plugs and it still won’t work with my sleep number bed. Google is zero help and Best Buy was more than happy to help if I paid the Geek Squad to come out on a service call for which they charge a great deal. They also couldn’t guarantee that the service call would remedy the problem! Also, it only has 2 ports, one of which is used to connect to the wi-fi. So, then I had to purchase a switch to accommodate all my devices. Don’t purchase this product. There is no meaningful product support at Google or Best Buy. I called Eero product support and got more assistance from them (located in Texas) and I didn’t even have their product.

So I bought an imac desktop, and really not knowing. The best router compatible with it. I went with the Google WiFi router, and love it.

Like the machine learning function but lacks setting options. Wish there was a way to get records if isp drops which happens identical in my area.

Works great! Easy to set up. Has increased the overall Wifi speed throughout the whole house on all items. Worth the money.

I bought 3 Google wifis, 2 work so well but upstairs it is still not perfect. Maybe this case is extraordinary. I don't know now

I bought 6 total units thinking that it would provide excellent coverage but I was not impressed. Two of the units were not providing a strong signal even though they were not too far from the next unit. It is slightly better than my cable company issued modem/router but certainly not worth the $500 spent on the WIFI and $100 on a compatible modem. It was fairly easy to set up once I received advice from the phone support.

Cancelled my cable and switched to direct tv now had bad signal in my house now i have exellent wifi signal throughout my home no dead spots

Works well... wish it was less expensive. Set required tech support. Great tech support. Product set up not for novice

Bought two to help with my terrible internet connection. They seem to help a bit, but think the main issue is with my provider.

This has improved my ability to manage my wifi sytems!
