They are good Home WiFi devices. I have to make this 50 characters long. There I made it. Buy them.

We had lots of dead spots on the outer edges of our home, and the Google Wifi solved that issue.

I would have given it a 5 star but it just couldn’t get through the walls of my old house.

For the price I don't know how much they actually make the internet better.

Once I got pass the issue with the app asking for the default google ssid password. Setup was a breeze

I had three routers with CatV cable from the modem. Each time I switched rooms, I had to have a new network be joined by my device. Some devices don't switch on their own. Hence, I bought this Googwifi with 3 hubs. No more switching necessary. But it still has slowdowns and the app gives you the ability to prioritize device bandwidth. Not as great as I'd hoped.

Returned this not because of performance, but wanted to future proof and got the Orbi instead.

Not sure of this is worth the money helps speed up a little bit

just use the first time and i like it. switch from Verizon quantum to Google wifi.

With this router, you can watch other people using the Internet. Good way to watch out kids

I went into the store looking for a WiFi extender because I needed to extend my coverage to our cottage which was about 200 feet from our wireless router. The salesman promised me this was what I needed and that it would work great. Though it does help me get coverage in the cottage, I now have issues streaming Netflix and amazon movies from my blue ray player that sits 6 inches from the router. It constantly drops my speed from 20+Mbs to 1.9Mbs or to even 0.0. I never had this issue with my older and cheaper Linksys E2500. I was thinking about returning it but I think I have lost my receipt. Oh, and it also doesn’t work as the salesman described. You cannot daisy chain the pods. Each pod has to connect to the primary router/pod, and each pod has a relatively short range. I live in a 1400sqft ranch home and sometimes struggle to get service in our bedroom even though the main pod is directly in the middle of the house and maybe 60 feet away. Buy a better product.

My expectation was not met by this Google Wi-fi Router AC1200. My Frontier Router Wi-Fi was not reaching enough my Ring Floodlight Camera installed outside of my house by the front door so I purchased this Google Wifi AC1200 and connected it to my Frontier Router to serve as a Wifi booster but it did not work that good.

this is a good product and i like how we can put them in different rooms and get good wifi
