Our wireless internet was really slow this helped.

I noticed at least a little increase in wifi speed

This is one of the easiest routers to setup that I’ve ever used. Plug the first unit in to the wall and modem, download the app, snap a picture, choose a network name and password then surf. For larger areas, adding additional access points to create a mesh network is just as easy using the app. I have one unit placed on each floor of my town home and have an excellent signal and as fast or faster wireless throughput as I’ve ever had, including the front and back yards. The Google Home Wi-Fi system is most likely the simplest networking product you can get. This also might be considered its biggest downside. Power users may have difficulty configuring their network as the only way to configure the router/s are through the app. The router automatically chooses 2.4GHz or 5GHz and the only way to tell is through the app. Pros: Super simple to set up Amazing coverage Cons: Documentation – the only instructions are via the app and have been combined with the last generation on-hub which has features the new units do not. Lack of advanced network settings Conclusion: The Google Home Wi-Fi system is an easy to install router that makes it super easy to expand your network or fix signal issues in larger, more difficult spaces.

This works perfect in the whole house wherever you are.

These routers work, and the setup is easy. The main issue that we have is the speed. I pay for Gb internet speed. The download speed being detected at the primary hub is 850Mbps, but the speed being sent out wirelessly ranges from 60Mbps to 250Mbps. For the record I have a total of five (5) yes five devices around my home and they are ALL hard wired for better connectivity. The signal is perfect everywhere in my home. It is just the speed. I have spent about 10 total hours with tech support. Resetting this. Moving that. Changing settings. Nothing improves! I have given up.

I now have great connection on all 3 floors of town home

The product works but the services by BestBuy horrible!

This was very easy to set up. However we still experienced issues connecting to the internet. You could be sitting right next to the Google Wi-Fi where it's hooked into the modem and still not get service.

I have more consistent WiFi all around my 2 story house now

The first router 2 pac that I bought failed to mesh. Icalled the geek squad to fix the installation. They found that the router was defective. They installed a new 3 pac unit. It is working well. I have a strong wifi signal in all areas of my home.

This product has a good coverage all around my house.
