Bought this boxed set for my granddaughter for her birthday. She loves the Goosebumps books and dvds. Her mother liked them as a child also. I got this boxed set because I knew she would love it. She opened it up for a marathon of Goosebump episodes to find that they wouldn't play in the dvd player. I guess they were made in Australia and they won't play in our equipment here in the States. I called Best Buy.Com but they had no idea what the problem could be. I was told to return it to my local store and order again. It wouldn't resolve a thing because they are all the same. Best Buy should be looking into this to make their customers have faith in their products, but I know nothing will be done. This boxed set was over $75.00 and my granddaughter has no present now. There were no reviews on this when I ordered it because it had just been released. I got back on bestbuy.com and it shows that this item is no longer available. I think I'm not the only one who has had this problem! Highly disappointed!! Come on Best Buy, you can do better!!!!!!!!

Bought this Goosebumps Collection for my granddaughter's birthday. She was so disappointed after trying to play these DVD's in her DVD player. They wouldn't play, they were manufactured in another country and won't play on our devices here in the states. This collection was not cheap! When my daughter tried to return this to her local Best Buy with receipt in hand, they weren't going to return it because it had been opened. They said that they weren't aware of any issues with these. After a huge waste of my daughter's time, they refunded the money.
