I'm not a daredevil, just a middle-aged woman who likes to ride her motorcycle. A lot. I lived down in north Georgia and absolutely loved riding the winding mountain roads in North Carolina with all the hairpins, switchbacks, etc. All I could think of while riding was "I need a GoPro so mom can live this too" (my parents rode when i was young). Finally bought one. It couldn't be more simple. Add a memory card, charge it, mount it and go. I mounted it on the handlebars on my Shadow and did a trial run around their place in northern Minnesota and it was like you're riding the bike. Mom loved the video. Now I have to get back to NC and give her one that will make the hair stand up on the back of her neck! The video quality is amazing.

bought this GoPro for dash cam, the battery life last about 2 hr.

So I play a lot of sports and this camera works great for everything I need it for!! The picture and image is crisp and clean and can handle any type of active especially when your in motion. It's a great buy and will be buying more in the future.

I love the fact that it already has the water proof case on it. Really easy to use especially with the go pro app. I love the fact you can use your phone to take pictures and go through the settings on the camera! It makes it super easy to use!

My grandson is fascinated by the multiple use camera and its attachments. Within a half hour he had downloaded videos to the computer, set up his phone for viewing and was learning how to edit. It was a joy to get him away from video games and into video making.

Birthday gift for 14 yr old daughter. She is a Cheerleader and diver both sports are fun with this product. Hours of fun with all of her friends. We even put it on the dog a few times I would recommend this product and the price was great

I don't know much about cameras. This camera was brought as a gift for my son who is a personal trainer. It's a great beginner action camera. videos are downloaded to your smart phone and easily shared with social media sites. great graphics.

Easy to set up and synch to your phone. Even the studio software isn't that bad to learn how to use. Do yourself a favor, and wait until your rested before trying to edit clips/compile the files. Doing it at the end of a day of fun activities is harder than just waiting til after a good night's sleep!

Got this for my son and he absolutely loves it. He is an avid fisherman and it goes on every fishing trip with him and any other adventure he goes on (biking with friends, basketball games, etc.)! Great beginner GoPro for him and so glad we purchased it.

been watching the GoPros for awhile and well finally decided to get one and have been very pleased with it easy to use and all. I just got to figure out a couple things and then be good to go. I use it for work and play and all things are great with it.

I use my GoPro for any sport, outdoor, or water fun that i want to record ! I recorded my engagement with this camera and even a few fun pool slide shots on our honeymoon ! Very easy to work and captures versatile situations well!

I bought this right before I went on my first XC Ski trip. Since then, I have taken it hiking, cycling, snorkeling, zip-lining and floating on the river. I've gotten some cool photos and videos and if I keep up this out door stuff, I'll probably upgrade soon. I recommend you buy anti-fog inserts if you are going to take it under water or into the snow because it fogs up in those situations.

Bought this as a gift for parents who enjoy riding motorcycles so that they can begin to chronicle their adventures. Seems user friendly, obviously doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles the more expensive ones do, but for just starting out its not necessary.

Bought this for a island hopping vacation and tested the camera beforehand. A few weeks later, I retested it before going on our trip. It was fully charged but wouldn't turn on and it had issues with detecting the SD card! Go Pro customer service suggested a few things to troubleshoot and one of them was the type of SD card and I only bought what the Best Buy salesperson suggested. Turns out, he suggested the wrong one! Otherwise, I was very happy with the quality of pictures and videos. It was water-tight and I had to problems using it underwater.

Bought for my son, he pretty much loves it. Easy to link with his Ipad, and he is enjoying making movie after movie. WOuld love it if the editing had Special Effects, he would be making the next star wars on this thing!

The GoPro was OK to set up. Took some getting used to, to go back and forth between functions. Once you remember the button functions, you're golden. I definitely recommend getting a memory card with lots of capacity. I only used a 4gb, and I filled it up with only 15-20 minutes of recording.

We've taken this camera scuba diving and kayaking and love the pictures! It's easy to work and captures great video clips. It also let's you easily get clear, sharp still pictures from the video clips. My only complaint is that it's hard to know if you're actually recording - the screen is tiny and hard to read in bright sunlight. I ended up turning it on and leaving it on all day, then starting/stopping the recording when I wanted to film some activity. Worked very well, and the battery lasted all day on the river.

Was not sure which one to get, but read reviews, asked friends, a sales people in store and made a great choice. Off to Belize in 12 days and can't wait to use it there. already go great footage skiing last weekend.

i gave this a 3 cause for the price you can go to amazon and get one for the same price and has lcd and wifi. this is great for beginners who dont care if theirs a lcd or not

I love my GoPro! This was my best purchase for my travels. It's easy to use. This was my first GoPro but I wish I would have gotten one a few notches above! I'll be upgrading it really soon. Love my GoPro!
