This is not the fault of GoPro, but if Best Buy employees. I purchased a GoPro Hero 11 for my boyfriend and was so excited! I am not one who is afraid of an “open box”, but I do want something clean and worthy of $375. Because of this, I decided to buy an open box excellent quality GoPro Hero 11. This is described as follows: “ • Looks brand new • Includes all original parts/accessories • Typically contains packaging Products in Excellent condition look brand new - with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs - and include all original parts and accessories. The product will be in its original packaging or a suitable replacement box.2Products in Excellent condition can be found in Best Buy stores and online.” That being said, the almost $400 after taxes camera that was in “excellent condition” had dirt in every crevice, scratches and scuffs all over the screen, and worn marks on the included accessories. I will include photos. I called support as I now have nothing to give my boyfriend and have to drive 30min out of my way to return and hope that they have a new one I can pay an arm and a leg for now since I don’t trust their “open box” system. Customer support gave me $20 supposedly on the phone, I still have not received it (yet I’m sure it could possibly take a few days…the girl didn’t say). $20 doesn’t even cover the taxes I have to pay on this camera..let alone the gas to drive an hour total, the inconvenience, etc. very disappointed because this is a $400 camera…should not have to deal with this.

Go pro turn by itself while running a video. 100% battery, it says battery in low even tho it not. Very bad

This is a fantastic little kit! The only thing I wish it came with is a charger for the batteries, but you can charge them one at a time in the camera itself. I bought this to bring with me on a cruise to the Bahamas. I figured chances were pretty good that we would be around water quite a bit, and I didn't want to risk damaging my phone. The bundle comes with a little floating handle, which worked great. It's buoyant enough to keep the camera from sinking if you drop it in the water, but not enough that it makes it hard to actually hold steady underwater. The camera itself is waterproof down to something like 15 feet, which is plenty for me, since I wasn't planning to go scuba diving or anything with it. It held up just fine in the pool on the ship, as well as while we were riding the lazy river at the resort. I probably wouldn't leave it completely submerged for too long, but I was paddling in the water and it was totally fine. Video quality is good, especially during the day. I kept it at 4k, but it goes up to 5.2k I believe. 4k seemed to be a good balance of resolution, battery life, and storage usage. I love that you can sync the videos from the camera to your phone or iPad wirelessly with the app. It was very useful for sharing short videos on the go, and creating short compilations while I was away from my laptop, with the Quik app. The app itself is pretty good. The cloudsync function works great, and syncs not only the video clips and photos from the camera, but also any edits you make. It's nowhere near as powerful or feature rich as something like Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, but it works well for simple video editing. The microphone was very clear, even after going in the water. It took a few seconds for the water to stop muffling the audio, but within a few seconds audio was nice and clear again. It does have limited range, which is to be expected. When I set this up about 10 feet away you could not hear us talking, so if you need audio from a distance, definitely look at lapel mic's or something to sync with the video, or maybe the microphone "mod" from GoPro. I haven't used the smaller attachments this comes with, for the helmet, but I did use the head strap a couple times. It's relatively stable, and very adjustable, but I wouldn't trust it to hold on during anything extreme. Overall, I'm very happy with this, and plan to get at least one more, so my fiancee has one too.

This is so easy to use! It does video and still photos and it does both of them really well. It was super easy to figure out how to operate. The one thing is that when you are taking high definition video, it is a battery eater. Buy extra batteries and that solves the problem.

Bought to document our hiking/fishing/camping/kayaking adventures. Amazing photo/video quality. Easy to set up and easy to use. Only con is battery life is very short but other than that, I highly recommend!

Great camera. The quality is pretty good and it is a great size in which I can carry anywhere i go, from a purse to my pocket. Also im not very good with camera settings and gopro has a setting in which it can recommend which buttons to use.

Exactly what i was hoping for. I knew going into it the batteries don't last super long, so I picked up an additional 2 enduro batteries. Love the features and picture quality.

Got this on sale for our daughter. Easy to setup and use. Video quality is very good. The accessories pay for themselves, very happy with this purchase.

I have had a couple of action cameras. Cheaper, but I got what I paid for. Cheap product. My Hero 11 is not the cheapest but you enjoy every penny spent. The video is really clear with very stable output even on rugged terrains. I like the voice commands. You don't have to reach for the buttons everytime. You don't even need a housing if you're not going really deep in the water. I got the combo pack, good price with all the extra accessories and battery.

I am happy with this Go Pro model because it easier to use. The pictures and videos are really high definition. The Go Pro Quick App in my phone also allows me to control the camera from a distance and this was really helpful in being a part of the video/picture being taken instead of just being a spectator. still learning how to edit videos but so far really satisfied
