Great product, easy to use once it is set up. I love how small it is and that I can take it underwater. Overall, this is a really impressive camera! I’ve never used a GoPro before, so this is my first experience with the brand, and I must say it is a great camera.

I got this to use on a family vacation and was great light weight and easy to use The video and picture qualities is amazing. Definitely worth it. Also the extra battery helps out a lot. Even the kids enjoyed using it was a great purchase and will highly recommend it.

Excellent little camera with capabilities way beyond its size. A BIG step up from the 5 it replaces. Much easier to use in all facets. Controls are easier, battery easier to swap and menu easier. Quality of pictures and video is incredible. A must for those who want to capture high quality action video.

Wife and I we have a small hobby farm and we record videos for social media but to have a better quality of content i need a good camera so i went to Best Buy in Eau Claire and bought the first one camera GoPro 12 but throughout the time i was in the need for one more so couple months i went back to this store and bought my second action camera. The staff was pretty friendly and help you find what you’re looking for.

Easy to use. Was able to capture our 2025 family vacation and reserve all the memories. Battery drains rapidly as expected due to the high quality footage so just use when necessary then power back off.

Great package to get you started. My third Go-Pro so know what great pics/videos can be captured. So glad I could get a nice trade in price. Best Buy treats you right. The new version is so easy to use. Love the compact size and the super high-quality pics you can take.

Best buy in Lynnwood gave the best advise to me in buying this Gopro bundle. I already know that my choice is gopro 12 due to the fact that it's the best action packed camera available in the market now - Smarter stabilization, HDR recording option and the quality of photo and video is the best! But the staff really explained to me that getting the two extra batt and the stick is a game changer! and yes he proves right after our Hawaii trip! Thank you Best Buy!

So far so good. Works better than expected. The quality is great and ease of use on the camera and from my phone is amazing.

Excellent quality and very easy to use. Love the slo-mo and all other features. Battery life enables video of several volleyball matches without charging. The only thing I have an issue with is live broadcasting over Facebook. I've yet to establish a firm connection to my phone in order to stream live events.
