I chose this model based on reviews at Best Buy. This was rated better than the most current model. He loves this model for making videos to upload to YouTube. It seems very durable and it was great that it came in this bundle.

I’m still figuring out all the features, but am enjoying the learning process. It takes great video & you’re able to capture frames from the video as great still images. I deducted 1 star because it does run hot on occasion & shuts off prematurely.

Overall the best go pro in the market

Currently using for snow skiing and mountain biking. Image quality, stabilization capabilities, auto upload to cloud and out-of-box editing makes this a huge upgrade from a Hero4.

Beautiful video and picture quality and does really well under water without a case. Only reason it is not a 5 star is battery life. It is not long but thats somewhat exected with go pros since they capture nice quality.
