I decided to purchase an extra battery for my trip to Hawaii. Read many reviews and buying something other than the product direct replacement was not recommended. Glad I did! It worked flawlessly during the trip and captured some incredible videos of great memories!

I bought this battery after the single battery in my GoPro exhausted its charge and I was unable to recharge it at the time. It looks like this battery is every bit as good as the one that came with my camera so that should effectively double my shooting time.

I would recommend this product to a friend. Exactly what I needed.

I'm glad I purchased this, it works great. Have had no issues.

I bought three of these to make sure that I had enough juice to run a GoPro Hero 3 as I drove around for a few hours off road. The battery is pretty simple to change, and it lasted longer that I thought a battery of this size would last.

PErfect for my gopro, you always have to have one extra.

You'll want extra batteries if you're using the LCD BacPac on your GoPro. Even if you're not, - get an extra battery & an external charger so you can swap out batteries & not have to wait for charging!

If you are like me, you plan on using the unit alot during your day. Make sure you have a couple extra batteries ready to go.

Having the spare battery is good when the event being recorded goes longer than one battery would last. Have not had that happen yet.

This was a great back up battery for my go pro. It held a good charge.

Never ran out of juice again! I have peace of mind now.

I use 2 batteries when traveling and this works well!

Now having an extra battery I can record more movies while riding.

Used with Hero Black and it's easy to load and change, but I expect it to last longer than it has. I would recommend buying as many as you can afford and charge them all before going out to record. Just replace and move on when it's empty.

GoPro is awesome but the battery life isn't great. The second batter is pretty much a must unless you aren't going to use the camera for long periods of time. The second battery lets me keep using the camera and that comes in handy!

Go pro is a great cam but battery life is the worst part 30 mins top of video hd. Get one if your planing on taking videos

IMO having an extra battery is a must with go pro. However battery life is short on all go pro options.

This battery is a good replacement. It is just like the ones that come with the original camera. I am afraid that this one will fry too like my first one though.

Little disappointed at the duration before it runs dry but overall not particularly bad either
