    I use my GoPro cameras for everything EXCEPT underwater filming. I needed a case that would protect my cameras from impact but would allow them to vent and stay cool especially when filming outdoors in the sun. This case not only keeps my cameras cool but also lets me charge them without having to remove the camera from the case.

    This is a mandatory, but overlooked accessory for your camera. If you want to shoot a long term night lapse or time lapse, you need to be able to power the camera externally and allow it to cool. You do lose the waterproof capabilities though.

    I use this case for mountain biking and aviation. Has better audio for mountain biking while not sacrificing durability when a wreck happens. The access to the ports allow access to adapters to record headset audio when flying.
