Great addition to my mounts

Most of us already have a tripod so all you need is this mount to set up anywhere and get a rock steady shot.

Great way to attach GoPro to a regular tripod
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted a way to connect my GoPro 4 to a tripod so I didn't have to hold on to it, and I didn't want to use the stick tape because I would occasionally be moving it and didn't want to lose the mount I had for my regular camera. This mount was exactly what I needed and through 10 events has held up very well.

Opens up mounting possibilities

This does the job fine and holds the camera sturdily.

Must have for GoPro if you have a tripod

Hint, the standard lampshade thread is the same size, so if you have this mount and don't have a tripod, that party you are wearing the lampshade you can also use the lamp as a camera mount.

Excellent Molding with and smooth plastic

The plastic is very smooth and hard & strong with rounded edges and the parts mate together as intended. Fastening screws are usually easy to secure and hold the camera in the desired positions well.
