It is great and works exactly as described. Its just unfortunate it only works with hero 9 and up. It can work with gorpos 8 and under but some features aren’t available and the setups may need modificaiton as did on my hero 7. (See pictures of hero 7 - charging port exposed and charger from handle goes to the oppsoite side).

Extends the battery life . Easy to connect from the GoPro and Volta. The Volta fully charges less than two hours. Can be mounted on the 4ft extension pole to increase the capture height view. Just be careful to not bend the USB-C metal tip when leaving it plugged in and storing it in a backpack . My personal mistake.

Very nice item for the kit. This mini batter tripod is awesome, fits in where others don't, and has massive back up power in addition to the in camera battery. Long time-lapses and star trails (around here it's jet trails) are easy with this!

This is a great accessory. There almost no need to buy extra batteries. I can record all day on one charge. It’s also a sturdy tripod as well.

Excellent addition for my GOPro10! It actually comes with a pass through battery door, which typically is about $20 bucks if purchased separately, and it works good to at keeping water out. I have used the Volta while fishing, and had no worries with saltwater getting into the battery compartment. For daily use, I always have my GoPro with the Volta, the extra power that I get from the grip, means that I no longer bring extra batteries with me. For normal all day filming of my daughter at the beach or at the park, I have never ran out of juice yet. I primarily bought this grip for a Disneyland trip we have coming up, and I know I found exactly what I was looking for!

I love the Volta. I used it with my GoPro Hero 10 last year at the Grand Canyon. I tried to capture lightning over the canyon with my mirrorless. I ended up pulling out my Gopro on the Volta to capture video . I ended up pulling amazing stills mainly because I always knew my Gopro would have enough carge. Attached is lightning images over the North rim thanks to the Volta!

Not just a Tripod but a long lasting Battery! Did a 5 hour event and it lasted thats long and still had plenty of juice! It also at the same time charges the regular battery thats in your GoPro! Game Changer! You can also charge your phone and other devices with the USB-C!

Bought this for a vacation at the Rivera Maya. Went snorkeling to see sea turtles. This camera did an incredible job at capturing those incredible moments.

This Volta and Battery worked well not only as a stand but a handheld stabilizer.

The Volta has become my go-to when filming longer sessions. The extra battery life is a lifesaver, giving me hours more recording without swapping packs. Having a built-in tripod and remote makes it even more versatile, I can set up, walk away, and control everything remotely. It’s a little bulky compared to a simple grip, but considering it replaces multiple accessories, it’s worth the tradeoff. Build quality feels solid and weather-resistant. Bottom line: If you do extended shoots or travel with your GoPro, this accessory pays for itself in convenience and extra runtime.

Love how this extends the battery life of my GoPro and makes it so easy to carry around in a them park or on the trail. Quick mini tri-pod and the remote feature to boot. Pretty cool little unit

Nice camera but glitches when dowloading pictures from camera to app. You will need to get a subscription for the amount of space every video needs since they take alot. Great videos although need an improvement for the light they show. Kind of dark. Overall decent camera. Also, the stand with battery integrated is great if ylubise the camera for several hours non stop.

So, I was looking for something thst coukd not olnt work as a handle and tripod for my gopro. Then add in the remote and thr chsrging festure, snd you make this a Must Have for anyone who uses this for vlogging or podcasting on the go! Have a Blast!

Super recommended product, easy to use, multifunctional and is all what you need to keep shooting for long time. The tripod mode works fine but definitely the battery capacity is game changer.

This GoPro grip is exactly what I was looking for to go with my GoPro 10. I want to vlog my vacation in January and needed the grip to make it easier to carry my camera. Looking forward to using it on my trip to Dubai.

Great product and easy to use during training. I was able to switch from video to photo modes quickly without any problems. It keeps my camera charged and it’s easy to transport with my camera gear.
