This is an interesting workout option for those without a ton of space for equipment. There are other options on the market, but Gorilla Bow seems at or near the top in quality. This travel option is even better than the standard.

Picked up the Gorilla Bow to help me exercise while I'm dieting. I have had it for about 6 months and have not been disappointed. It comes with several bands so you can adjust the tension to the level you need. Their website has a number of exercise videos that demonstrate how to use the device and there are several workouts that you can follow along with. I have purchased more bands from the Gorilla website so I could add more tension. I would recommend this prouduct to other people looking for a workout device.

Great for travel which I do often. Less resistance out of the box than I wanted, should have more than 110 lbs in the kit.

Using the bow feels a lot more natural as opposed to normal resistance bands with handles

Collapsible bow is practical for people with limited storage space at home. This product is great for people who have a hard time using flat resistance bands due to grip strength problems (arthritis, etc.) It comes with a storage bag for the resistance bands, but none for the bow sections. I use a bungee cord to keep them together when storing them.

Lot this for stay a home - wish it came with the short chest band

It like the way this works but the only improvements I would make would be to have foam or silicon "handles" or grips on the bow. The finish on the bow really chafes my hand. It doesnt hurt. But it does peel my skin a bit. Also, some foot restraints to use on the bands would be cool. It would make leg excersices easier.

Good product, but I wish they had the heavier bands available too, instead of having to pay a lot for them on Amazon. Also works well in a small house like mine where we don't have room for any other weight equipment.

since all the gyms are closed for covid 19, this piece of equipment is perfect for on the go workout or at home workout. Comes with some basic bands but you can order more online to increase resistance. This will save you more money than buying weights and its much more portable!

Was kinda unsure about getting this over traditional dumbbells and after reading the reviews and ordering it, it has been money well spent. Definitely a must have for strength building at home

Great workout equipment. Love the way it can be broken up for space saving, but not ideal for airplane travel due to hassle with baggage check procedure.

This works great because I can use it at work and get an excellent work out better than before.
