I came to this pan from a generic Kirkland Teflon coated pan. Heard about how copper was superior to stainless and normal Teflon coated pans and now I can see why. This thing heats up 2x faster than my previous pain and weighs half as much which takes some getting used to up front (I almost flipped my eggs out of it more than once). It's weird because the cooking surface looks like it's imitating a cast iron surface but it's actually a super tough nonstick surface and weighs a fraction of iron. Pictures are after over two months of consistent frying and hand washing; still looks new. Love it.

I bought this Gotham Steel 10' Fry Pan in February of this year, when it came it was damage. However, I received a replacement in a very quick time. The replacement also came with a small scratch on a it which I decided to over looked. I think the damages came from not being packaged properly. The first one came swimming around in a very big box with just a small piece of bubble wrap. However, it looks sturdy like it is well built and nice looking. I have not used it so far. Therefore, I am not sure how it will hold up.

Thought i would try out this pan, it has worked great, non stick, food seems to heat up quick, thinking of purchasing a set.

I returned this frying pan because I did not realize when I bought it that it was not hammered copper. I was buying it to match a Gotham 12" hammered copper frying pan with a lid that I already have but this one looks different. I am sure it is a very good quality item but I would rather have one that matches the one I already have and with the lid. This is what I am going to buy next.

Product came within a week, very fast. I use it daily and it works great! I would definitely recommend

This skillet looks very nice. It's lightweight. However it has uneven cooking surface because of the bottom thicker in the center and thinner on the perimeter. The center is raised and would cause cooking oil to collect around the perimeter leaving center exposed. I returned it before I used it. This is a design flaw.

Quality of this pan is really good and the not stick retains for long time.
