This is a fun, fantastic looking set. I enjoyed the series and it really hit it’s stride on Season 2. The amount of content in this set is awesome. I was able to pick this up on sale for $24.99! The PQ on these Blu-ray’s are really gorgeous. Definitely a happy camper by getting this.

I'm very upset. I have not gotten a word on it my issue from best buy or WB. The cases are cracked and damaged and I messaged and wanted to call, but could not call the store as they aren't accepting any calls. Very upset. I want an exchange and can't talk to anyone about it. Last thing. There is a missing code for one of the seasons. The images below show the damage and the missing code.

Good show, shoes a dark side of commissioner Gordon that most didn't know he had but it's to clean up gotham. The only problem I had is season 5 didn't have a code for digital copy but you can contact wb digital support and they will give you. New code when you provide proof that you bought a brand new copy of the set. Took me less than an hour to get a code for the 5th and final season.

I’m a Batman fan for many years but never seen young Bruce so it’s good show

Fun show. Outside the box characters and storylines.

If you're a diehard Batman fan, chances are you've already seen this series and made your own determination to its quality. If you have not though, you possibly should. This is a great series that delves into the backstory of how Bruce Wayne, the Caped Crusader, aka Batman, along with his numerous adversaries, came to become the hero and foes known so well. Even though set in the modern times, it manages to keep itself grounded in decades long past. It explores the backstory of how the Penguin, Riddler, Joker, and so many other enemies of Batman came to be, which is quite exciting to watch. The actors in these roles fill their roles perfectly and make you not only understand how, but why, they become the evil villains they do. And not only that, you actually CARE about them and may find yourself rooting for them to make the "right choice" when you already know the foretold outcome awaiting them. As for young Bruce, you understand the struggle and decisions he made that eventually leads to his donning the mask and cape, which in itself is an interesting journey to witness. Overall, it's a great series and definitely something to watch if you have any interest in the characters. Just don't expect it to be entirely "comic accurate" as the writers definitely take liberties with all of the history already established. A side note worth mentioning, this bluray set comes with digital codes to stream seasons 1 through 4, but NOT the final season 5. Some people have had success contacting the studio and getting a code for it, others have been told no, it's not included with this specific set.

This series is better than I thought it would be. Acting is good and not over board with CGI. Gives a great perspective on the history of Bat Man and the arch villains of Gotham

Loved the Series, the only downfall of the packaging is that Season 5 doesn't come with the digital code.

Giving this an average because I now have the complete collection on blu Ray; however, seasons 1-4 came with the Vudu digital code but season 5 did not. I called and emailed Warner Bros. And they have not been helpful. Complete series means complete with the discs and digital codes. If you buy season 5 separately you get the digital codes but that’s $25-$35 more.

Sure, it's just another superhero background story, it is just that -- and so much more! GOTHAM could just as easily be called HOW BATMAN CAME TO BE, butt it's also a how The Penguin, Joker (NOT the movie Joker), and Riddler came to be. Unlike background series structured closely to SMALLVILLE (ARROW, FLASH, ETC), GOTHAM does not stick to the villain-of-the-week formula, but instead follows ongoing story lines which gives a dark seriousness to the education of Bruce Wayne. Perfect for binging so you don't have to maintain interest and memory spacing the tale out in one hour per week increments. The guest stars are creatively cast (PeeWee Herman in Gotham?!) And the production values are stunning -- and did you notice the price?! So what are you waiting for?!

I was unsure at first about Gotham. Does one want to watch an origin of Batman/Bruce Wayne? That’s not what this show became. Instead it focused on the villains of Gotham in addition to Jim Gordon and told great character arcs of them while taking several liberties. The packaging is solid as is the show especially after a couple of early episodes. Four star rating is because while this set contains all seasons of the show the digital copies cover all seasons except the last one. I tried calling and emailing to get a code for the last season but so far have been unable to obtain it.

I understand this show is not "good" by any stretch of the imagination. Season 1 is fairly abysmal with the only bright spots being Jim Gordon and Harvey Bullock being the dumbest detectives in Gotham. Season 2, however, turns a corner and embraces the campiness that has always existed just below the surface of the comic series. It's so silly and ridiculous and every actor knows it and just gives 100%. The best version of Victor Zsasz, period.

Enjoyed the show and was extremely excited to watch the final season, but was very disappointed in this box set. It seems like they gathered the copies of seasons 1-4 that didnt sell, added in season 5, and created a simple box to fit them into. The other thing that really upset me is that it was packaged with codes for digital copies of seasons 1-4 but not season 5...but if I were to have purchased season 5 alone, I would have gotten a code for the digitals. So now if I want the complete series in digital I have to proceed to pay more.

I bought this at a discounted price here on Bestbuy. It is worth purchasing the set. It came with individual seasons in their own case. Season 1-4 included digital codes. The only drawback was that Season 5 did not include a digital code. I reached out to WB and they stated that this product was not intended to come with digital codes, so the codes in the cases were a sort of bonus.

Enjoyed the show when it was on TV. Had some BB certificates to use up so, for what I ended up paying, it was a no brainer. Never a big comics guy so can't tell you who close to the accepted Batman story this is but I found it entertaining. If you're a stickler or a die hard, your mileage may vary.

I really enjoyed this series. SOme interesting characters in addition to the main Batman villains, and interesting to see how they brought the characters to life and showed their evolution. The final season was so-so and a bit rushed into the shorter # of episodes. Also, some people appear to have received codes for the digital versions for Seasons 1-4, however I didn't receive any in my box set.
