I have sent gotrax multiple emails and they will not respond at all

When I ordered it the sales associate said it was the exact model as my husband's except it was a woman's bike. It wasn't true. My husband's bike has the push button throttle but mine has the handle throttle. I would have liked mine to be the push button since I have arthritis & might have problems holding the throttle.

At the same time, I have to return it since the cable underneath the bike to the battery got disconnected for no obvious reason and cannot be connected at all.

Same price as manufacturer. But I got to use my Best Buy gift cards. Bike was on sale. Received item within a couple days. Packaged greatly and with much care. Love the bike!

Then i reordered another one back December 18, which they said it will be delivered on December 28. I received an email on December 28 setting an appointment for me to receive it on January 8. So i canceled it.
