See those cool accessories in the picture? The Overview says, 'We added a rear storage rack and water bottle holder and much more'; what they mean is that YOU will need to find and add bottle cage, cargo rack, headlamp, since these are not included or sold separately here or on the GoTrax website. The frame does come with hex cap screws that fit a standard bottle cage. There are threaded inserts where the rack is attached in the picture, but I haven't found a rack that fits them. The battery does NOT have a USB power/charging jack as described under Features. Spare/replacement batteries for the Shift S1 are Sold Out on the GoTrax website, and I had no luck finding another source using the battery model number. Positives: The bike does fold up nicely for storage or the train. The battery can be charged either in or out of the bike, and is easily removable. The frame includes a combination lock that swings over to secure the battery in place (not shown in any of the item pictures), and there is a plastic-coated cable you can use to secure your bike. Wouldn't take much to clip the cable or undo the screws holding the lock together, but it could keep someone from quickly snatching the bike.

I purchase two of these bikes, one each for my wife and I for Christmas. One black and one white. As other reviews have stated, the photos are misleading, as especially the white bike is actually featured identically to the black. The bikes though, are great! Appear well made and thought out, comfortable to ride and fun! My concern is that my black bike came with what appears to be a used battery. Straight out of the box, the back was scratched, and part of the label torn. And this battery doesn't perform nearly as long as the other one. I filed a warranty claim on the GoTrax website, and received a reply within 12 hours. Unfortunately they said the battery is out of stock for at least 90 days and suggested that i return the bike to Best Buy instead of offering to replace it themselves, or "borrow" a battery from another new bike to send to me, since that's what i bought. A very inconvenient solution and not very customer friendly.

Misleading picture the two bikes I received don’t have spoked wheeles no rear rack no headlights or tail light and no bottle holder that’s why you got one star .

I bought this bike for my son for Christmas 2022, it only lasted a month. He only rode through neighborhood, the motor on the wheel went out, I thought, I had another one sent to me, same thing, soon as the throttle os pressed, the electric connection wire comes apart, and wraps around wheel. Can't never speak to customer service, always through email.

The pictures and description do not match. We received the white color ebike. It came with the black 6 spoke rims. There was no water bottle holder. There was no front headlight. There was no rear rack. Very disappointed. The ebike itself is good quality and the 250watt motor runs quietly. I was expecting it to be noisy from older review videos online. Maybe the motor was improved. The shipping box indicates a max distance per charge of 18 miles.

Overall its a nice ebike got this deal of the day the only negative is to heavy for me

This is a great bike. It’s easy to operate. It’s conveniently small enough to fold and put into the back of my Subaru. I would highly recommend this to friends and anyone else who would like to have a nice little economical bike.

This bike is great. I was able to go to certain areas with it. Only downfall was that it says you'll mess up the battery riding the bike in the rain. An beware of the limitations for the amount of speed you can go in your state or area I didn't know this until i searched it. Also, the battery can be difficult if you want to take it off the bike. In addition, the bike doesn't have springs to the seat of the bike either.

Bike ad says features light and rear rack. Doesnt come with it. Bike is easy to fold. Found out by accident that the peddles fold in for easy fit in car...

My son loves his bike, he can pedal or just cruise while using the electric!

Bought for my 10 year old son and he loves it! Bike folds in half so it's easier to transport.

I have had this bike for my son now for 7 months and it’s been broken more than he gets to ride it. The motor controller overheats very easily and then I have to deal with GOTRAX to remedy the issue. They only send you parts to fix it yourself just to break again 2 months later. Not even worth the $$.

Bike does it's job..very compact..bought it for my 15 year old daughter for Christmas

Not like the pictured above. When I purchased the item I figured it would look like it did in the picture above. (What was read in the overview of the item)It is not equipped with a water bottle holder nor the back rack nor a light. It comes with a reflector. That’s the only reason I picked the white one it would fit the needs. After it’s tried out I’ll write another review. It was truly disappointing not getting what’s pictured above especially for the price.

Grandson LOVES this bike!! 13 years old and he rides it everywhere!

I both 2 of these for christmas in 2022 for my kids. Problem with one after xmas, but past their 15 day return date. BB would not budge from that policy. I had to deal with gotrax

Hi everyone, we had this bike for 5 days. After fully charging its battery, with electric power only and without any pedalling, my wife only managed 7.6 miles according to ourGPS. Then, the battery was out of juice. Hope it had at least twice the range. My wife is only 121 lbs. I have the Fiido L3, that one lasts 82 miles after 5 uses before it needs to be charged.
