Disappointed

She has used it twice since then and it will no longer charge. We tried another charger that works for my other child’s hoverboard, and still nothing. Very disappointed.

One star due to stopped charging

We purchased 2 of these units. Both ended up being not reliable. The second unit failed a week later for the same reason. Best Buy took them back but both have poor build quality when it comes to the charger and port as they both stopped charging. Avoid this unit.

GoTrax is GoTrash

I contacted GoTrax, but they took almost two weeks to respond with a solution. It was just long enough to void the return window for BestBuy. Luckily BestBuy corporate was friendly and understanding. GoTrax = GoTrash

Gotrax is a JOKE!!

He has only gotten to ride a few times. It was stored inside the house at all times!! No longer works….still looks brand new…GoTrax expects you to pay $40 to ship it back but then said they were OOS THEN said they did have some but they didn’t know if his replacement would be new or refurbished!!!

Very good electric scooter
