Got these lights for my birthday amazing lights they go well in any room would recommend

The perfect lights, very easy to set up, mobile app included to control lights.

Easy to set up. Easy to connect the govee app is great. Will always say all govee products are underated!

These rope lights are great. My son loves them, flexible.

I was hesitant to try this but decided to nonetheless. The LEDs few and far in between, that means you end up with very segmented looking color blocks, which looks bad even with gradient enabled. Cycles / patterns are choppy, only looking smooth if set to the highest speed—which isnt pleasant to watch. The default colors and patterns (without using an app) are ugly, and at times jarring. You would think an RGB / Rainbow cycle to be something preprogrammed; not with Govee. But hey, theres an app, surely you could enable it there? Even setting a simple rainbow pattern is an endeavor. The app has dozens of categories, organized as Scenes, which are sometimes places, or things, or sports, or the weather. You can find some neat color pallets, like Tropical Jelly Beans, but they dont map auotmatically, and dont have any corresponding effects. Im not sure what the Developer was thinking when deploying this, its trying to do and be so many more things than it actually can.

They work awsome with alexa and add a cool and modern look to your room!

I use these rope lights for my under desk lighting. They work great and sync up with razer synapse, would get more of these for wall lighting.

Bright, vibrant, many color settings. I would recommend to anyone trying to get into custom room lighting.

Really cool! Maybe not the best to use as a bedroom light, but definitely a cool accent piece. If you’re looking for something to light an entire room, go with something else.

Bought this as a holiday gift for my daughter and she was delighted and excited to create a design with it. Beautiful neon colors.

Difficult to install if one lives in an apartment, light brightness is not as strong as one would asume. Even in my small room it does not provide enough light to sit down and read a book. It works better as ambiant light to pair with more functional light fixtures. Overall I like the way you can make something with it.

[Employee of bestbuy] I honestly never write reviews, but I’m taking the time today because I genuinely liked this product while it worked and I think people will find the review useful. Unfortunately, they stopped working on the first day. It comes with an integrated ai with the govee app and short story is it needs work. When in use, it completely short circuited the rope leds and they stopped working completely, even down to the basic off and on functions. I’ll give this product another chance in the future, but for now I didn’t get enough out of this impression.

Govee is going above and beyond for any and all types of lights and lighting fixtures! 100% recommended!
