Not a good product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for a 6 year old, price was great considering the age of the child. I had to return the first one because it would not play any disks. When we returned the first one, the store didn't have any stock, had to travel 30 minutes to another store and then the second one didn't even come with a power cord and after batteries were place, this one would not play and disks either. Tried it on multiple TV's and still wouldn't work. Ended up returning it again and not purchasing anything. After all of this hassle, we didn't buy another one as the store wouldn't even let us return the karaoke disks that we purchased with the machine. My personal opinion, I thought Best Buy had poor customer service considering all the hassle we had to go through and still don't have a karaoke machine. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this karaoke machine for anyone.

Cheap Junk

Mic connection bad, move even slightly and static like crazy. Even at high volume you could not really hear your self singing. Don't waste your time or your money. Going straight back to store.

HORRIBLE

The words to the music will not come up on the tv. Any time you move with the microphone it gets very staticy and you can barley hear yourself singing in the microphone.
