Not to happy with the sound and it has a lot of static

Great kareoke machine for the price. If you add some speakers the sound will be great. Excellent functions. I love the flashing lights.

This product was bought for my granddaughter. She loves it. She can pretend to be a rock star and has fun with the karaoke machine.

This is a great addition to my daughter singing divises. She spends ours on it.

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter daughter's birthday and she was super excited. As soon as we plugged it in we saw the display was not working so we had to guess which track we were playing. I took it back and had to wait a week for another one. It worked fine for an hour or so and then the display went out on the new one! Not sure if I should bother to take it back again or what now. In addition the fact that you have to press the cds to snap them onto the spindle is nothing but trouble wating to happen. Very poorly made. I wasn't expecting studio quality, but I expected it to make it to the next birthday.

I bought this for My child's 11th birthday as a last minute request from her. The first one worked but, case was cracked. I took it back exchanged for a new one, no problem at all. Got it home the thing WOULD NOT EVEN COME ON. NO LIGHTS, NO NOTHING. Exchanged it again, had them test it this time for power. It worked however, the microphone was very fuzzy and the power light on mic wouldn't light up like the other ones did. I finally said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH TOOK IT BACK AGAIN. 3 UNITS WITHIN A WEEK IS CRAZY VERY POOR QUALITY. COST WASN'T TOO MUCH BUT, ENOUGH THAT SHOULD WORK FOR A LEAST A COUPLE MONTHS. I WILL NOT BE BEING THIS BRAND AGAIN. BEST BUY DID TAKE OF ME WITHOUT ANY HASSLE, ALL THREE TIMES. CASH MONEY BACK WITH RECEIPT THE LAST TIME.

First machine that I brought home the microphone did not work at all. Replaced it with another one and the microphone does not work if there is a CD playing. Needless to say I will be returning this product again tomorrow and purchasing a different brand. Hopefully the store will set it up so that I can try it out there. I really don't want to bring home another machine that does not work properly. Glad I tried it out prior to my childs birthday.

Bought this for my 6 year old daughter, cause she asked for one. The sound is horriable. I found it myself pretty easy to use and great that my daughter can hook it up to her iPod and sing along with her music. She is happy with it and thats are that really matters. But I feel it should be $20 not almost $70.

We received this karaoke machine as a gift. We noticed right off that the sound quality wasn't that great, but figured it was still a good value for the money. However, after 1 year of ownership and only using it occasionally, more serious problems have developed. All of our CD's skip badly - both graphics and music. Even brand new CD's. After hooking the machine up, we are told there's no signal/connection. It takes a lot of fiddling around with the cables to get the machine to "talk" to our TV. Quite often, it just refuses to play certain tracks. It just hangs up and won't budge. With these problems, it's pretty much useless and unreliable and not even worth giving to our children (they want to throw it out the window in frustration as well)! Time to spend some money on a quality machine, I guess.

I got this product as a gift for my niece. She sang the first song and everything was going great, she absolutely loved it! I was so excited. Half way through the second song the machine cut off. It would not play a CD after that. We tried several more times, even the following day. It wouldn't work again. Too bad, she loved it.

My daughter just received this item as a Christmas Gift,. Was excited to use it with a friend only to find out it didn't work. Would not read any disc inserted. Guess you get what you pay for.

Product was given as a gift, 25 days after purchase. Microphone worked for one day. Now doesn't work at all.

Very cheap product. Power cord that plugs into back of product will not stay in. Same issue with exchanged one. I wish I would have just got my money back. When I was at Customer Service I saw 2 of the same exact machines that others had returned. That should tell you something...Best Buy needs to discontinue the sell of this item!

I purchased this machine for my Grandaughter for Christmas and she has enjoyed it very much. She especially likes the lights that perform in rhythm with the music. She continues to enjoy this machine and I hope will do so for some time to come.

I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 4 year old niece, and it was a huge hit! Out of all the dozens of presents she received, this was by far her favorite. She used it and carried it around with her all day, only occasionally letting an adult give it a try. She still loves it! It is sturdy, reasonably priced, and looks nice.

This device skips a lot, and when some of the songs are playing on the screen the words to not clear off and start to overlap as the song goes on. Good play toy for the children, since the price was so cheap. But with words overlapping makes difficult to use.

I got this karaoke machine for my son's 9th birthday because he loves to sing. He absolutely loves it, and the selection of karaoke cds are great!
