the game is good as vice city stories, but i bought gta liberty city stories last wednesday and i passed in 2 days, the only problem on that game is that you cant swim if you fall on the sea or river, and another problem on this game is that you cant fly an helicopter or an airplane like in vice city, but everything on both games are good, the missions etc. i would reccomended to a friend, APPROVED

If you've played the origional GTA Liberty Cities, then this is EXACTLY like the old PS2 game. Same cars, same guns, same places. Even the missions take place in most of the same buildings. The only thing new on the table is that mopeds, motorcycles and helicopters are drivable now. You play Tony Cipriani (a character from the first PS2 GTA series). The timeline, is a few years before the origional title, so things like the Port Tunnel are still being constructed. The sound is great, the radio channels are all back, with new talk radio bits. All the old favorite cars are back, along with the origional guns. No frills from the newer GTA's, like customizing cars or owning realestate, and the origional gripe is back in, Tony can't swim, so getting wet will kill him. You complete missions, kill bad guys, good guys, or just guys in general as you drive or fly around the Liberty Cities. If you loved the origional, this will be a great addition to your PSP library. Only drawback is with the limited buttons of the PSP, you can't look around while driving and steer at the same time, so when looking behind you, your car will go straight no matter what, so make sure you have a clear path while looking around.

Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories is such a great game. When I first bought it i was so excited to play it. The great thing is that it has very very good graphics and has way less glitches than most games. There are more missions so that means more play time and also it does not take up much space on your memory card. The game is very easy to play and is self explanatory. So yeah its a very good game and I recommend buying it.

I was so glad to hear that this game was being released. I ran out to purchase this game and i had fun. It reminded me of GTA IIII but like the continued version. It was fun, exciting and definitely one of the best GTA games for the psp.

GTA Liberty City Stories is a great PSP game that I recommend to all GTA fanatics. What makes Liberty City stories so great is the game play that reminds you of all the GTA classics. Although the gameplay in LC stories is good, there are some areas where LC stories is lacking. One being the side missions. In all GTA games, there are side missions, where you can play as a firefighter, vigilante, parametic etc... Well in LC stories these jobs are very monotonous and do not have a large variety. I have been playing as a taxi driver and there are only 10 drop off points. Although there are some bad aspects to the game, overall it is a well created game which reminds all players of the classic GTA format.

This is the best game ever made for the PSP. It uses the PSP's unique style and controls perfectly. I think that this will have many more offspring games(GTA:Vice City Stories) in the future. It gives you so much freedom. Even though it is identical to GTA III, just with a different title, it is still an amazing game. This will deffinatly go down as one of the greatest games ever put onto the PSP, plus you can play against other players around the nation through the WI-FI online capability in games like Survivor: Chicago, Ultimate Death + Destruction and many more online games. Deffinatly a must-have.

On my baby cousins birthday party I got him one of these grand theft auto games as his birthday present and the game was called Liberty City Stories.Its a good game.Nice graphics,good weapons and vehicles but i would recommend Vice City Stories better but overall its good for little kids thta love grand theft auto.

My son liked very much and don't stop to play. Now I have to controle him a little bit because if I don't he doesn't do anything.

This game is a great game!, it gives you total freedom with great gameplay and excellent controls. I'm a big time fan of rpgs but this one just blows the others into bits. This is a great game for airplane rides, long car trips and other long and boring situations. Not only do i recommend this to a friend but i strongly suggest this game to any person who is in the mood for a grab and go game

If you are gta fan like me or are just looking for a fun new game, this is something you should think about. This game kinda reminded me of gta 3 and san andreas from the ps2. The missions are fun and the story is ok.

a really fun game for those who love the GTA series, guns, car jacking, police chases, and shooting people(in the game of course). but over all this is a great game!! i highly recommend this game ;)

This is the first game for the PSP i bought. Since ive loved the other games for GTA, i thought this would be a great game, and which it was, but not swimming was a bummer, since i fall in oceans or lakes all the time, but, thats my mistake. I like the freedom, the story, all that sum up to make Liberty City Stories a great game.

grand theft auto librety city is a great game and will entertain you for hours. I bought this game 7 months ago and i'm still an avid player, because you cant run out of things to do.

This game is a great game. It never gets old and you could play it for hours. GTA Vice City Stories is better though.

I played this game alot until I beat it easily with the extremely helpful cheats. Thats the pro and con about GTA. You beat the game easily with cheats which is the con but when you beat it there more places to explore and better cars. And the missions are typical and somewhat boring. I would like if they added more activities for jus roaming around and killing peds. That's what I usually do. Jus roam around and kill. So Rockstar should make roaming more fun. Missions are dumb.

i have both liberty city and vice city stories for psp and i like this one more it just is more fun to me but thats just my opinion. loading times are fast campaign is fun but most of all the multiplayer is sooo fun i can play it for hours and never get bored buy this game!!!!!

An alright game with graphics that have a meaning. The level and gameplay are similar to GTA 3 and didn't change much except being portable

I like this game. Though grand theft auto is a little graphic i like it. It is fun, thrilling. You go around shooting people alot. I dont let the younger kids play it in the family, but I like to play it. Its not a relaxing game. I would reccommend it though.

its entertaining as usual. non stop shooting and killing. fun. it lacks what SA had, but nevertheless entertaining. i recommend it.

this game is awsome. there are a lot of levels which keep you entertained on those long trips or during a boring class.
