    Perfect griddle. medium weight. Heats quickly, keeps its shape, fits perfectly 4 tortillas. Handle won't get to hot that you can't manage moving the griddle. Great price.

    Fried a variety of food on surface; eggs, sausages, pan cakes and burgers. Made some home fries on stove then melted cheese on potatoes in oven. That worked out real well. To prepare pan I just put a light coating of olive oil or butter on a warm pan to ensure a non stick surface.

    Seriously best brand of pots and pans we have ever used. Nothing sticks, evenly distributes heat and cooks wonderfully. This particular pan is used mostly food quesadillas. We love it so much. Of course we also love how great best buy is on delivery and customer service.

    My new Granitestone-Diamond Griddle is perfect for a French toast breakfast. Four slices fit nicely on the service. The bottom of the pan is flat and works well on my glass cooktop. The griddle is easy to clean.

    this pan is great for packages, grilled cheese, panninis, fish and everything..i throw everything on this pan and it really is non stick
