OK for $9.99

My 2 year old son enjoys trains but not Thomas, so I picked up this 3 disc set for only $9.99. It is a conglomeration of footage put together to be somewhat of a history of steam engines. Some of the footage is shot on old film-style cameras and has been converted over, some without sound. It's not 1080p, but it works for my son. Since it is priced under $10, I think FAIR is an accurate rating.

Whatever process was used to convert the old films to dvd was done poorly. The video quality is horrible. It looks like you are watching a bunch of bad internet clips.
