Easy to understand instructions, and a nice large screen. The only complaint is that the volume button and the on-off switch button are both located where your hand often touches them when reaching for the phone.

Gave to our mom for Christmas!! She was ecstatic!!

This is great for older people with bad vision as everything on the screen is bigger. Also has a emergency help button if u get hurt. This phone is meant for old people not so much younger people.

The new Jitterbug smartphone is so easy to use. It has just what I need without all the extra complicated programs. I like simplicity and this gives me that. Jitterbug also has great customer support.

I bought this phone for an 89 year old person. She was able to use it first time out. It is very easy to use although the lock screen takes multiple steps and isn't as easy as I-phones or androids.

This is a great phone for seniors especially the emergency button. I had the phone for about 4 weeks, and I am still learning how to use the many apps so in the next 4 weeks it will be GREAT

This phone is large enough to be easily held without accidentally pushing side buttons. Icons are large and easy to read. I was hesitant to buy a smart phone for my 76 year old mother, but she is enjoying using it and learning to text.

Mom is 83. This is a great phone for her but the swipe function is a hard concept for her.

bought this for my husband after numerous complaints with 2 different phones...one didn't have a qwerty keyboard for texting and the next one kept dropping calls. This one has been great so far!

Thanks for carrying phones with big numbers it helps my husband to be able to have a smart phone since he is legally blind. But he can read the big numbers on his jitterbug smartphone.

Mom hated the IPhone-too hard to use. Didn’t like her “dumb” phone with qwerty keyboard-letters too small. LOVES HER JITTERBUG!! YEAH! After 4 months she’s still happy and using it

Had the flip phone had a lot of problems out of them missed calls not ringing so on. Didn't understand the smartphone but had to do something. The drawback they made me buy time for texting I don't text other than that I'm getting along fine with my new phone .

Had a Galaxy 7, couldn't answer phone calls, icons were too tiny, constantly hitting the wrong one. All those problems have disappeared with the Jitterbug. Love it so far!
