Wanted phone for when traveling and access to FB. Previous cell phones too complicated. At 96 she is getting the hang of this :)

If you need a phone that is easy to use, easy on the eyes, and comfortable to hold in your hand, then chose the Jitterbug Smartphone. You won't regret it.

My eyes are failing and reading my phone became very hard. enjoying being able to use mu jitterbug and see all I need to see (on my phone) The larger numbers for dialing and seeing who is calling is wonderful. The phone was easy to set up and the coast per month stays in budget. would recomand it to all my friends

This is a great phone. I have had a few minor problems but I still really love it.

Have only had it a few weeks. Still learning. Customer service has been very helpful. This is a huge plus.

Great smartphone for grandma. If she ( or he) is relatively able to follow directions, this phone is excellent. We had an issue on set up that required us to call support for help, but greatcall tech support was excellent and after some time on the phone, they went in and figured it out. It's pretty easy to use and way cheap for a smartphone. She wanted to be able to find out things on the internet and that's what was the most exciting part for her, "OK Google" voice search is available on this phone.

I really like this camera. It is difficult for me to get used to it because I am elderly and often forget the "next step" to complete an action.

This phone was purchased for my 90-year old mother. She loves it because the buttons are large, the fonts are large, and navigating it is intuitive. She loves the larger image on the camera.

Is a easy phone, which I was looking for. Screen is very large. What is included on the phone is just enough that it isn't overwhelming

Got this phone for my Mom. It is easy to use, large letters and numbers.

Love having a smart phone thats simple to use. Jitterbug smart phone can do the same apps as other smart phones but is easier to understand. Camera photos are not as crisp as Iphone but I bought the Jitterbug to use as a phone not as a camera.

I would give it 4 stars. But my 84 yr old father still can't get a grasp on how to use it.

Big letters Easy to read simple to read I like it

Whenever not using phone it needs to be charged because battery runs low with alot of use compared to regular smart phones.

88 year old, no prior cell, still not willing to use it. Yet it does seem easy and I pass my family tests. Disappointed the $19 claim turned into $38 monthly, and that only gets lowest in all areas, plus lowest 5*. The 5* alone is 20 for basic, and more for more services. Keeping it but don't know how much I will use it.

The phone works well and has simple controls that my elderly mother in law can use. The contact list is readily available even to the technological novitiate. The large screen makes it readable with or without glasses. It a shame the bigger phone providers don't seem to recognize a product for this customer base.

Got the job done. Can't complain if you are looking at these features

This phone does all you would expect and more, has almost all the features you need & want and the home screen is very easy to use. Great for seniors
