Good Movie, but falls short of others like Hostel and Hostel 2

While the blu ray is beautiful and has great picture and sound quality, I suggest renting this one before outright buying. The Director's Cut of the film is the exact same version from the theaters so if you wanted the blu ray expecting more gore, you won't get it.

This is a very graphic movie... really bloody and gory ..

The movie wasn't directed too bad honestly. The writing is what I think definitely killed the movie for me. The characters were definitely predictable, and so was most of the plot. To be honest I thought the gore and fun with the violence in this type of movie would've been better. It definitely wasn't what I expected and I was really excited for this movie for a while. The message or moral of the story was mixed overall too. I don't want to spoil anything, and this is why I was pretty vague in my review. Hope this helps a bit!
