  • High maintenance skillet but totally worth it

    Do yourself a favor and read the directions. Not all non-stick skillets are created equally, but I think this one is incredible. This was the first skillet set that I bought for myself. I made this decision after doing some research into non-stick skillets and I loved that this one isn't made using any toxins. I've been using it for over a month now and have had no problems. In terms of being high maintenance, you do need to read the directions for best handling practices. You shouldn't try to wash the skillet until it has cooled down after use, which has been a minor inconvenience since I prefer to clean up as soon as I'm finished cooking. However, I'll take that minor inconvenience anyway with how easy it is to clean. Once it has cooled down, anything I've cooked practically wipes out with a single swipe. Overall, they are an pricey and higher maintenance purchase but the fact that they are made without toxins and are this easy to clean/use makes up for it completely. I'm planning on getting the rest of this brands kitchenware.
