These are the best pans thus far! I purchased these after researching nonstick cookware that were the least harmful and not made with hazardous materials. My research came up with the GreenPan so I decided to give them a try. So far so good. They really are non-stick and they clean very well. I am also following care and use instructions very closely; for example using particular oils and not submerging them in hot water immediately off the stove. Instead I let them cool. I love them and their clean cooking! Would definitely recommend.

These look better than the pic and more upscale than anticipated. I deducted a star because the instructions advise against using spray oil, which for me is a culinary staple. So, I purchased vegan butter to comply with recommended usage yet my pumpkin pancakes still stuck to the pan. I only used it a handful of times before it permanently stained- see pics. These would be ok for someone who just needs an affordable set and isn’t concerned about displaying them on a decorative rack.

I'm in love with these pans. Easy clean up and everything cooks up just right. I wish they came with lids but glad I've moved on from Teflon pans.

Both pans arrived on time and in great condition. They work as advertised. Food doesn’t stick and each is easy to clean.

These pans are highly rated so I bought these for my mother-in-law. However when I got them, I realized the handles have silicone covers and the set can only withstand up to 350F in the oven. I want something stronger and therefore return these and bought the ones (same Greenpan brand) with metal handles and withstand up to 500F heat in the oven. My mother-in-law loves them!

Not so non-stick. It worked well for the first week and then our eggs started to stick after.

Terrible pans. Non stick for 3 uses then everything sticks. I am a chef and have tried many pans throughout my life. I do not use high heat on these pans. Followed all the proper instructions. Save your money and buy other pans if you are looking for a non stick. These will disappoint you after a few uses.
