The pole saw has more than enough power to cut through most branches. I'm still getting used to the awkwardness of holding a fairly heavy machine even with the shoulder strap (with the 2 amp-hour batteryl) I have a 6 amp-hour battery which will add even more weight..

I was a little on the fence about purchasing a battery power saw thinking the power output was not going to be great. I was quite surprised on how powerful it actually was. I had a blast using it, filled up 3 truck loads of cut branches. Battery life was not an issue for me

I am giving 3 stars because on the ad says 14.5 long and is only 9 foot also is very heavy,the good thing is this pole saw cuts branches like butter and is very easy to use.

Great little chainsaw. Good battery life and is great forcall the smaller stuff, I don't wanto drag the gas powered chainsaw out to cut. Good reach. Can reach fairly high branches.

Saw works great for limbs and even small trees. Was able to cut down 3, 12ft tall trees in a matter of minutes. Very safe to use since you can stand further back from what your cutting. This is an affordable and safer alternative to a gas chain saw.

Works as good as my gas powered pole saw, but much lighter and convenient, just pop in the battery and go. Cuts through 4 inch limbs in a couple of seconds. used it to cut 6, 4 inch saplings down, and a bunch of blackberry canes, without getting cut up by the thorns. battery still had 4 out of 4 bars left.

This pole saw is better than I assumed it would be It is lite enought to move around and the ease to do triming of tree branches surprised me. It was on sale when I bought it and is worth the normal price

Delivery was perfect and the machine was a gift for my son. He has not had any complaints about it. Fine saw Best Buy is on top of getting merchandise to customer. Thank yu very much

This is a very useful tool for a specialized task - limbing branches too far off the ground to reach. It's powerful enough and easy to use.

It works as expected, but a bit heavy and unwieldy to a degree. But it cuts all size tree branches well. It appears well built and is easy to assemble.

Battery lasts a while. Only complaint is that the chain comes off a hit to easy. Other than that, its a great tool.

I have a greenworks mower,trimmer already, needed a pole saw to do some tree trimming around the yard.Excellent products,all have a 4 year warranty, this did a great job and the battery lasted long enough to finish the project.Will definitely keep it around for the next trimming project.

I own a Greenworks 40 Volt Pole Saw that I still use. The 80 Volt Pole Saw is a Significant improvement over the 40V one. The quickness of the cutting ability and of course the thickness of the tree limbs I'm cutting is far superior. Definitely will use both Pole Saw's that I own as each have their place.

Works great! A little heavy for me though. 4' 11" female... I got my 16 year old son to use it for me.

An excellent product. Just what I needed to tackle trees around the yard. The power is impressive.

BAD PURCHASE...Best Buy sold me a returned bar chain saw that obviously had been a returned item. The parts were out of their individual wrappings as the wrappers were waded up and stuck on the sides and it was missing parts; no oil bottle and no tool to adjust the bar. They didn't even bother checking the return out before selling it to me and refused to help...
