BAD SERVICE and for a USED ITEM

The parts were out of their individual wrappings as the wrappers were waded up and stuck on the sides and it was missing parts; no oil bottle and no tool to adjust the bar. They didn't even bother checking the return out before selling it to me and refused to help...

As the item was purchased direct from Lowe's, we suggest contacting the store’s customer care team if you would like to discuss further about the the condition the tool was received. Please note, this unit does not come with bar and chain oil. It can be used with any generic bar and chain oil on the market. This chain tensioning is tool-less no tool included to tighten the bar. Good pole saw but unwieldy to use

As each users’ capabilities differ, the strap helps even out the weight. Shoulder straps can be purchased separately. Greenworks exoFLEX Deluxe Shoulder Strap for String Trimmer and Leaf Blower
(SKU 80023202). When using the pole saw, hold unit firmly with both hands. Always keep your left hand on the pole shaft and your right hand on the rear handle, so your body is to the left of the chain line. Never use a left-handed (cross-handed) grip, or any stance that places your body or arm across the chain line. Hope this information helpful. This product came with the box taped up, as it had clearly been opened. Once I opened the box, I saw the battery was not in a factory-sealed bag and had small scratches on the back. The charger was also not in a typical bag and also had some wear marks on it. As far as the actual chainsaw, it looked unused, but there was oil visible on the bar, which I am not sure if it came from the factory as such. This was obviously a customer returned product and not sure why they thought it was okay to send it to another customer. I did contact BestBuy who told me to return it to the store which unfornutaly I am nowhere close to.
