Maybe it just me, but when I disengage the self-propelled function, and try to back-up it's still in gear. (Have to push forward first) I like the many speeds, you can choose from.

I was skeptical at first, but after using it a few times it’s definitely the way to go. The battery life allows me to at least mow my back yard in one use, I have roughly almost a half acre. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to make the change from gas to battery.

It takes up a small footprint when storing it. My only issue is the batter life has been getting progressively worse. I have an 8000 square foot lot. On the first two cuts the battery made it through the whole yard, by the third cut I had to stop to charge the battery. I bought this mower on 7/29, by 9/7 I could only cut the front and back without re-charging the battery. At this point I'm disappointed and wouldn't recommend buying this lawn mower.

Only concern is about the mulch it leaves when bag is not used, as it leaves patches on the lawn.

Most of the times I'm able to finish 3/4th of my lawn with 1 charge of 4ah battery. I bought this in a deal and I think its worth !!!

Simple to put together. Battery lasts about 75 minutes in the self propelled mode. Battery charges quickly. After two sessions, I am well pleased!!

The bag is nice and sturdy and easy to remove to empty of and easy to clean. Motor is strong and blade is effective for large clumps of grass. Good range of the height setting. Battery charges quick in about an hour to an hour and a half. Would buy more tof their product

Trying to find a 2nd battery to purchase. The supplied battery lasts 45 minutes, but our lawn takes 75 minutes to mow. (Battery recharges in an hour, but I'd like to complete it with no stops.) Googled the battery model #, no responsive hits. Input model # on Greenwerks website, no responsive hits. Called customer service today to find out how I can purchase one. Left a callback number to avoid waiting on hold (which was supposed to save my place in line), and received no call after 3 1/2 hours. Decided to wait on hold for someone to answer. Listened to a recorded voice repeating the same message for 2 HOURS AND 5 MINUTES before hanging up. There's no excuse for that waiting time, or for the battery model not to pop up instantly on your website. DO BETTER! The mower itself was easy to put together and works fine, but I've lost a lot of confidence in your product today due to the customer service experience.

Lighter, more maneuverable, pop the charged battery in and you're cool for a while. Have a 45 minute lawn and crush it on 1 battery, but bought another for back up ;)
