    This lawn mower is a beast! It has a large cutting swath. The battery maintained its charge for two cuttings. The grass pick up bag is engineered well.

    Battery last long for me to cut both of my fromt yard patches but if you have a larger yard you ahould get another battery just in case. Not very loud either!

    I bought this heavy item online and it was shopped to a wrong address. Then i called CS and they made a replacement order. A few days later Bestbuy internally cancelled the replacement order abd i called again as i already paid $500 without receiving anything. The answer is: besybuy will process a refund forsf and then palce a new order as replacement order can only be done once in system. The i waited and waited until i get an email from bestbuy: This email is in response to the issue you reported for order # BBY01-806969155480. We’ve concluded our investigation and have determined we will not be providing a refund or replacement item. At this time, we encourage you to work with local law enforcement regarding this matter. It looks like bestbuy internal process is a hig mess. Never buy anytjign from bestbuy
