Lawn mower beast!

Horrible customer service

Then i called CS and they made a replacement order. A few days later Bestbuy internally cancelled the replacement order abd i called again as i already paid $500 without receiving anything. The answer is: besybuy will process a refund forsf and then palce a new order as replacement order can only be done once in system. The i waited and waited until i get an email from bestbuy: This email is in response to the issue you reported for order # BBY01-806969155480. We’ve concluded our investigation and have determined we will not be providing a refund or replacement item. At this time, we encourage you to work with local law enforcement regarding this matter. It looks like bestbuy internal process is a hig mess. Never buy anytjign from bestbuy
