We use information like this and work with the various teams within Greenworks to market, design, and sell the products are customers want or need. Our batteries do take a firm grip to pull the battery out. This is to ensure dislodgement does not occur during operation. Make sure that the tracks that the tracks on the battery are free of debris and dirt before you insert the battery, any debris can affect the movement of the battery. When removing the battery, apply a firm grip to the battery latch and place one hand on product and remove the battery pack with a firm pull. We hope this tip helps.
