Used to have 45 days to return things... of course they changed in one of those terms of service emails nobody ever reads and it's only 15 days to return now. The problem is batteries will not lock in to actually be able to used the product. I contacted Greenworks and they sent a new one. Same problem. I don't even want it anymore... If figure if two don't work brand new, one that works will probably become a finicky problem. I wish I could just get my money back. I do like Greenworks, I have an 80-volt mower and I love it.

Not Worth It.

Ended up returing the unit in search of something better for camping. Overall the unit felt cheap and for the price of $130 it was not worth it.
