Better life not as good as can be expected but was able to alternate with 2 batteries and get a lot done at one time.

It’s heavy duty, the battery lasts enough to do 1/4 acre lot, edging islands and blower for the sidewalks, all on one 2.0 battery. Battery’s suppose to last 90 minutes and it lasted 117 minutes on its first charge.

I purchased a shoulder strap which helped a lot. Once I mastered replacing the trimmer string, which was difficult at first, I had no further problems.

However, I was wanting to also use to to edge my driveway, but every time I turn it a certain way the line messes up and I have to reline it. Not sure if it is me or the product. Either way, I like the long battery life and it is lighter which is a plus for me.

Regarding the line issues while edging, that can sometimes happen depending on the angle of use or the type of edging being done. As this is a fixed head string trimmer the operator must manually angle the unit during operation for use as an edger. Adjust your grip so the head is tilted by 90 degrees, and the string now spins along the vertical axis. The unit will now function as an edger. We hope you will find this information useful. Great power and performance but can be too much

Very convenient, no gas, just pop in the battery and go. battery lasts for about 1/2 hour of trimming, more than enough time to not hate trimming as much as I do.
