Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, the handle feels absurdly flimsy, it wobbles and bends, but i used it heavily and it stayed in place. It just doesnt inspire confidence when you grab it. Second, i cant stand the loading mechanism on this head. Changing line on a normal head is easy, pop it off, grab your loop, hook it, and spin, clip back in and you're done. This one you have to line up the holes, compress the head down, maintain that tension while feeding the line through, then find out that the other side isnt perfectly unobstructed and readjust your alignment and hope it finally feeds through, then after you've got it centered you get the joy of hand winding your line into your head. Just, why? Traditional loading methods are so simple and this is so clunky. When using the weedwhacker i was really pleased with how well it worked. Unfortunately i have a very overgrown property that i was trying to reclaim and it broke something in the motor. I used it pretty heavily over a 4 day period and it suddenly stopped working on me. The motor attempts to spin a quarter turn and stops so now its time for a customer service inquiry to see what my options are. If you are doing some light duty maintenance this thing will be awesome for you.

The old one couldn't get the thick stuff this one does. Little disappointed they didn't include a strap as it wouldn't cost that much and would save me from having to do another online order.

Please try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery.
