Greenworks offers a 4-year warranty with any of our 60V or 80V products if they were purchased from a legit seller such as best buy. If the tool was purchased within 3 months of the date the issue occurred, we will go through troubleshooting steps with you and try to fix it. If not we will replace the unit for you, again, if within 3 months and is purchased new from a legit seller. Beyond that, cases vary but we will always look after our valued customers and ensure they have the working tools that they paid for. Smaller items such as the knobs and bolts are usually packaged in a small box and can be found in the battery compartment. Hello Mojo. We are sorry to hear of the issue you experienced with your snow blower and that you have decided to return the machine. There are a few reasons this may happen. Noticeably light snow with low density can be harder to throw far. If the auger is not picking up enough snow, there will not be enough mass to propel it a long distance. We would also recommend users inspect the chute and ensure it is correctly installed, then ensuring the chute is angled correctly to direct the snow where you want it. Different types of snow (powdery vs. wet) can affect how far it throws, so adjust your technique accordingly. Lastly, uneven surfaces might impact the throwing distance, be mindful of your path. Hello Jason - Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with the battery. Here are a few troubleshooting suggestions to check out. 1) When the battery is inserted, the light should begin flashing green to indicate the battery is charging. If this light is not igniting or is flashing red, this may indicate an issue and we would be interested in hearing more about this. If the light simply goes solid red, try removing the battery and unplugging the charger for about 10 minutes and place them both indoors in a room temperature setting, as this might indicate the battery is at the incorrect temperature to be charged. 2) Ensure that the battery has been fully inserted into the charger. Sometimes this requires a firm push into place to make sure that it has been properly seated. 3) Try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. If the charger has been plugged in for extended periods of time, this can sometimes cause the charger to malfunction. The distances at which snow is thrown is dependent on the type of snow. For example, light/fluffy snow will have a greater throwing distance in comparison to wet/heavy snowfalls.
