This edger works great. Easy to use, very little assembly and I love how the battery to the lawn mower is compatible to the edger. Anyone looking for a lightweight option, that trims quickly, neatly and environment friendly, I highly recommend Greenworks lawn tools.

My former house and yard were smaller, so a corded trimmer was fine. The new house requires the mobility and convenience of a cordless. I already have batteries, so just needed the tool. If you don't have Greenworks batteries already, be sure to get the product with battery and charger included.

I ordered this item as it was on sale at BB. It seems to be an excellently made item, for the Urban Home, and any light weight or average size yards. It's comfortable and light weight. You may want to have a spare battery on hand.

This works very well...I do some of my own yard trimming and weed wacking and this was just right. Down side is that it doesnt come with a battery. Its honestly cheaper to buy online with a battery for some websites.

Works great and the auto line bump is amazing! Had the original single string trimmer and required manual feed, so this works much more efficient and quieter!

Really nice weed eater can be changed to edger just don’t lose the bump cover

Powerful.Easy to use.Does the job. Last long on battery charge. Arm can get tired from the handle though.

Quiet, easy to use. the handle can be easily folder down to save some space when storing.

Very easy to complete assembly set-up. Just needed to screw on bottom guard and top handle. I liked the fact that it works off the same battery as I use for the Greenworks Hedge Trimmer. The battery life works longer than I do outside so I can't say how long it would last on one charge.

Very impressed with the trimmer for the money. It loses one star because the cord cuts off and stays in the holder sometimes.

I’ve had to replace this twice the string does not last long and it breaks easily
Posted
Hello User123 - We are sorry to hear the problem you are experiencing with the trimmer line. We would like to make some suggestions in order to improve your experience with the string trimmer. Trimmer line usually breaks because of line crowding. This occurs when the trimmer head is held too close to hard objects that can break the line such as brick, cement, rocks, or fencing. Keeping the line at full extension, and not crowding it, reduces line breakage problems. We suggest cutting with the bare tip of the line because this is the section which moves at the highest speed. Do not let it hit into grass. Ease the line into vegetation, bit by bit from the edge. Line can also get wrapped around thick vegetation and become tangled, breaking the line. Listen to the sound of the machine and when the line slows down; back off out of the grass.
We hope these suggestions help.
