this is the 3rd time purchasing this movie,this 4k version is the best of the three: dvd/blu-ray hd/blu-ray 4k. Was a great purchase, and the steelbox limited art was the icing on the cake. Can't wait for best buy's 4k steelbox release of Gremlins 2: The New Batch 4k

This is a KILLER steelbook, the art is awesome, and gremlins is such a great classic. Perfect for the collection.

A classic 80s movie. A fun Christmas story with a little bit of horror that starts with a cute pet mogwai named Gizmo till water spills on him and start mayhem in a small town. Always follow the rules!

The 4K disc is like a mind-blowing trip to the '80s, man. The picture quality is so sharp, it's like those little green monsters are jumping right out of the screen and into your living room. And let me tell you, the special effects are still killer, dude. So grab a bag of munchies, turn up the volume, and get ready for a wild ride with "Gremlins" in 4K!!

One of my all-time favorite Christmas movies gets a beautiful 4K transfer. The picture and sound on this release were great for me. I thought the picture looked excellent. The film still holds up and it was so nice to see some care was taken to get this released for 4K. Viewed on a Samsung 65" Q80 Series TV with a Samsung Q60 Series soundbar.

I fully expected this to be a waste of a 4K purchase as 4K technology obviously did not exist when Gremlins was filmed and released way back in 1984. So, I was very pleasantly surprised when transfer to 4K far exceeded what I thought might be possible for both audio and visuals.

Gremlins! I forgot a lot because I saw this back when it came out. 80s nostalgia and great picture quality!

A perfect addition to our dvd collection, can’t go wrong with an classic movie

This movie is always a touch of my childhood that makes me feel like I’m a wee one all over again. This movie was done brilliantly for the 4K remastered steelbook. The clean smooth picture allows You to see the detail they had put into the production of this film

I didn't know this was out until I saw it at the store. I had to have. The steelbook looks so cool. I love the design and the color. The picture is a huge upgrade on 4k from what I was used to. The sound is amazing. Overall, the whole thing is well worth it.

From start to finish, excellent. The minute I walked in I was greeted and made welcomed. I was given plenty of information for the items I purchased and was very impressed with the knowledge. I walked out of the store knowing I made a perfect buy.

This was an unexpected find in store. I love the picture quality and sound quality.

Gremlins was one of the first movies to show that you can have two genres in one movie to appeal to a wider audience. It's both a Christmas movie and a Halloween movie, much like 'Nightmare Before Christmas' and 'Die Hard'... ok, that's an action movie that takes place during Christmas, but you can watch it any time, even Christmas! It mixes a bunch of horror and humor in a good balance so that it doesn't sway too far one way. The gremlins themselves are quite the scary bunch, but they also enjoy Snow White. They wreck machinery and are extremely ill-tempered, but they'll head to the local bar for a cold one. It doesn't have a huge cast, but that's alright because the creatures are the true stars of the movie. A lot of practical effects went into making the gremlins (and Gizmo) come to life, I cannot fathom how much work they did to pull it off. One scene alone has dozens of them in a theater. It's a great movie if you're looking for a bit campy and scary.

Fantastic to see the movie again and get to share with my kids. I saw this when I was 15 and now get to share with my 17 and 21 year olds. Time showed this movie held up over the years as they loved it too.

I was Sp excited when i fpund out gremlins was getting a 4k release and on top of that an amazingly designed steelbook artwork. I definitely recommend for any gremlins fan who is building their 4k collection
