This charger is long lasting and effectively does it's intended job. I use it primarily to charge my smartphone HTC M8. My phone has broken so many chargers when I drop it while charging but not this bad boy. Plus it's super long which I like because my racing rivals app wastes so much battery but I can still play it while charging.

I can't even count how many micro USB cables I've been through in the past year, only to have them die on me within a few short weeks. Several have even been around this price point (~$20), yet I still get the "Your device will charge faster with the original cable" error on my phone (Note 3). I have had this Griffin cable for about two months now and have never had any of the typical issues with it. I love the length too, I find 6' is the perfect balance. I will be buying several more.

This is replacing the lousy 'built to fail' cable that came with my Samsung Galaxy S4. Almost overnight, the Samsung cable started slipping from the phone jack, always loose & wiggling. One false move and you'd find out your phone hadn't charged overnight, although it looked as if it was snuggly connected. The feedback I was getting: 'your jack is full of pocket lint-- carefully clean it out with a pin' or 'your jack is worn out-- get a new phone, or surrender it a few weeks to get it repaired...' So, the phone is FINE. Just a poorly designed Samsung cable not made to last. This Griffin cable plugs into my S4 with a satisfying, snug 'click,' and the cable's extra length allows me to manipulate the phone more comfortably while it's charging! Give this a try before you start entertaining unnecessary repairs or potential damage to your phone jack with a needle!!! You may be thrilled (relieved?) with the results!

I bought this after my existing charger cable fell apart at the connector. This one is 6 ft long and is a nice length so I can stand and talk when the phone is charging. I haven't had it long but so far so good. I'll be thrilled if it holds up for the long haul.

What I like most about this cable is that it fits snugly into my Galaxy S3 and still does after 2 months of one the road use, constant connecting and reconnecting as I move around. So far no issues.

This cable works great with my LG G3, which can be a little picky about the micro usb cables it accepts. I use it in my car and it is able to reach all over the interior. Charges perfectly.

So far, so good. I needed a long usb cable. I purchased a walmart branded one and it failed at the connector within 1 month. So far this one has lasted longer. Great length for what I needed.

This is a great cord for charging micro sb items including ps4 controllers. The length is great for using your phone while charging and the thick gauge of the cord allows fast charging

This cable actually charged my S4 phone faster than they said it would. The length of the cable makes it perfect for traveling. I can have it plugged into the front and it can keep the kids in the back seat entertained on the road.

I was looking for reliable charger after mines quit working. Wanted something universal and great on price. Didn't want cord to be to long or to short. So I went with the 6' cable. Met my needs.

It seems like we go through these cords very fast. So far this one has out lasted the others and has provides a good charge.

I kept having problems with the chargers for my Kindle and thought it was actually the Kindle come to find out all of the chargers that I was getting for it kept bending. I purchased this one and I have not had any problems with it charging my Kindle at all. Very good buy and I love that it is longer than a 3 ft charger that you usually get.

Really good cable for the price. long as well, i tried charging my phone with this one and it charged faster then with the cable my phone came in. the plug in adapter for the socket USB was new so that should not have been an issue of factor.

I use this cord every single day in my car, withou having any problems so far. Been using it for few months now. Does what its' supposed to do. The length is more than enough for my needs as it is just for my car, in fact I should have bought one that is shorter.
