Griffin Technology PowerJolt GC39956 does exactly what I needed. Vehicle power port is in a drawer that will not close with a larger bodied charger. This unit sits flush enough that the drawer can be closed when not in use.

This is a excellent charger. It is 2.1 amps, meaning it is a 10 watt charger rather than the more basic and underperforming 5 watt chargers. This charger is more expensive than most, but it will easily charge an iPhone or an iPad (or other devices) in the car, and is very high quality. The big difference between this and other car chargers is that this is 10 watts (2.1 amps) instead of 5 watts; therefore, it is more expensive, but it will charge your iPad or other devises with ease.

Charge very fast my nexus 5. Fits like a glove in the cigg charger socket. Its almost invisible. Would buy more of this.

Doesn't take up a lot of space. Charges fast. It's holding up well. No complaints.

I love using this charger in the car. It takes up very little space and does a great job quick charging my iPhone 5s.

I love Griffin products and this little adapter is no exception. It is perfect. The 1.0 power adapters do not charge my iPhone fast enough. This 2.0 is fast and soooo tiny. It doesn't stick out of my dash at all. I bought another brand that was this small and couldn't get it out of the dash...Not Griffin...they added a pull tab to remove it. Genius. I will be buying another one for my truck.

Works great, does as advertised. 2.1 amp so it can charge tablets and charges fast. Also nice that it sits flush in the lighter socket. Very minimal footprint.

This has been a pleasant replacement for the big, chunky ray-gun shaped charger I've always used! It takes a little getting used to with it's square shape, but it offers a snug fit, and is much less conspicuous while plugged in the console. It also takes up so much less space! My glove compartment is happier! I sometimes worry the little strap used to remove the charger from the console will tear away from the unit, but so far, so good!

This adapter charger is perfect for tight spaces and storage in tight spaces,or in consoles under lids. It is easy to store cords, either in small space, or disconnected from the charger. In our car, one can leave this plugged in all the time and close the access door to the compartment where the outlet is. Great product and I recommend it.

I really like the size of this car charger. It does not take up the usual space that most chargers do...almost fits flush in the area where the receptacle is in the car and is so easy to pull out if needed.

The product fits nearly flush with the lighter port, so works well in areas that a normal sized charger would be in the way. With the flush mount, it's almost like having a USB port on the dash. This is the second one I've purchased as they work well.

Product works great. Not bulky so it doesn't get in the way of things in the console. It also does what it's supposed to do and charges a phone rather quickly. and the auto sensing feature works.

Aside from the cost, this product delivers! The phone continues to charge while in use, and not just keep the phone alive. At 2amps, expect it to work faster than the cheaper 1amp options out there. Aesthetically pleasing since it sits flush, and the led indication light tells you it continue to charge. If you have big fingers, pulling the tab may not be as easy since it is short. Other than that, a great product. Hope Griffin makes a dual usb version with a 2amp.

This is a great design for a car charger. The 2.1 output is great and the low profile design makes it a great addition to my car. A bit pricey for the item but it is a solid performer
