Very protective, easy to hold, slip resistant. You have to touch harder with your fingers to get through the protective screen and get the touch screen to follow your finger commands. I've had it for a month and the screen is scratched but I'm glad it's not the actual screen on my mini. It does double the weight of your iPad.

Very durable. Great for children. Not bulky or heavy.

I got the same case for my iPad and it made the little slippery device something. I could count on bei able to hold securely and orient it if it did slip. So I got the exact same case for my iPad mini and it works great with the added be fit that the easy grip materials mean I don't have to hold on so strongly so less stress on tendons. Only down side is it weighs as much as or more than the iPad so the combined is a little more stressful to hold for long sessions.

My girl loves the case but it added a lot of weight to the iPad. If she ever drops it it will be protected though.

I needed a case for my Ipad mini that could handle being thrown in a purse. This case offers great protection, but it does make the pad a little heavy.

Although I want to protect my investment - the whole reason I got the mini was because it was so much lighter than the iPad 2 and the Kindle. Now this has negated that advantage. I am still undecided about whether I am going to leave in on the mini or take it off. Other than the added weight, I have difficulty making contact at the bottom of the glass. When using the iPad, you just touch as usual, but at the bottom of the glass, you must really push hard to make contact and sometimes it takes many touches to get contact..

i purchased this item for my daughters iPad she's 6 i wanted something that was going to protect the iPad just incase she dropped it and so far she's dropped it a couple of times and Ta Da!! theres nothing wrong with it ! its a bit heavy but in my eyes its worth every penny

Gives good protection against drops and even minor spills. My kids use my ipad a lot so I had to get a case for it , this one does a good job of protecting it. Although it does add a wieght to the ipad.

I feel so much better now that I have the case, I was always worried I would drop my mini I-pad and break it. Other than it makes the I-pad a lot heavier, I love it.

This was my original iPad mini case. I returned it the next day as it made the iPad too heavy, and the outside case was slimey to the touch

Love this case for protection. I can toss it in my bag or hand it to my toddler and not stress. It is a bit heavy but everything with this level of protection is.
