    I seems to protect my ipad as expected. I haven't taken it on a long back packing trip yet. I just need to find some rubber to glue onto the sides so it doesn't keep slipping around my car or table top.

    If you have kids then you need this case. Drop proof, water proof, dust proof. Basically kid proof. It's light and not bulky like other protective cases.

    The case itself is a great idea however the slide on back does not like to stay locked on and the soft button covering ripped after a short time of use. The case is on an iPad used by a lady in her 70's that is very careful with items. I will not be purchasing it for my child's ipad.
